I have slept SOOO much better from dark screen rain! It just lulls you to sleep. It reminds me of summers at my grandparents... A safe and happy place.

That’s how everything stays so green and the agricultural crops grow so well in this part of the world. On summer nights we can hear the rain better, because our screen windows are open at least partway. It’s a very peaceful sound! Rain is associated with summertime just as much as the opposite- snow is associated with wintertime.

I have had the issues you noted as well as a few others but the most intrusive are thoughts at bed time that never would slow down. This sound tract... and a melatonin cocktail with Gaba, lavender extract - does the job for me. It has taken years to get things I needed but now I have a reasonable amount of sleep most of the time. I have trouble getting into deep sleep, I usually only get about 20 minutes of it a night. Last Night I played this all night and was delighted to find out I was in deep sleep for an hour and thirty minutes last night. I'm sold. Without enough deep sleep I tend to ALWAYS feel tired. My mom passed away last year on December 5th . One night while I was in the hospital with her I picked this song to sooth her pain and go to sleep. We both listened this song a couple of times. Every time Ii hear this sing it brings me back treasure memories of our last times together and I cry. The pain of losing your mom it breaks you in half. I miss her everyday.

After much searching I have found the best rain sounds for me!! Eight hours of glorious sleep without tossing and turning; my bed hardly looks slept in. This is a life saver and I thank you so much!
Breathe in through your nose slowly ( mouth closed) then breathe out through you nose ( mouth closed) you can count each in-breathe and out-breathe as 1, in-breathe, out-breathe 2, in-breathe, out-breathe 3. Then, start again at 1. Do it 3 times and see if that helps calm your anxiousness and anxiety. Should be stabilizing, and calm your anxiety.

I have trouble getting into deep sleep, I usually only get about 20 minutes of it a night. Last Night I played this all night and was delighted to find out I was in deep sleep for an hour and thirty minutes last night. I'm sold. Without enough deep sleep I tend to ALWAYS feel tired. This will become part of my routine.

My mom passed away last year on December 5th . One night while I was in the hospital with her I picked this song to sooth her pain and go to sleep. We both listened this song a couple of times. Every time Ii hear this sing it brings me back treasure memories of our last times together and I cry. The pain of losing your mom it breaks you in half. I miss her everyday.

Breathe in through your nose slowly ( mouth closed) then breathe out through you nose ( mouth closed) you can count each in-breathe and out-breathe as 1, in-breathe, out-breathe 2, in-breathe, out-breathe 3. Then, start again at 1. Do it 3 times and see if that helps calm your anxiousness and anxiety. Should be stabilizing, and calm your anxiety.
Idea of having black screen is a great idea. Much better for sleeping .
