- This is my first Black Screen Heavy Rain and Thunder Sounds for Sleeping Compositions you can listen to while you hopefully fall asleep fast. There are no visual distractions, just pure black and ambience rainstorm sounds that I recorded last year at Lago Maggiore, Italy. I also dispensed my vocal, so I hope you are not to disappointed 😊 Would you like these kind of non verbal intros also in future uploads? Just leave me a comment in the section below, so I know what's on your mind.
Rainstorm Sleep Sounds may also work if you want to meditate or do yoga, you can also use it as a noise canceling device. You may also try it in case of insomnia or generalized sleeping disorders and against tinnitus.

This is the only 1 that has been able to slightly diminish my anxiety that started on September 22, 2021 @10:47pm when I got the call from my Dad that no one wants to hear…..Tammy your Momma died!! I am absolutely devastated and lost! My momma and I talked about 3-5 times a day everyday and sometimes more. She was the only person that called me on my home phone, she was the sole reason I even had the landline. My phone hasn’t rang since and the silence is deafening.
So for that, I want to extend you a deeply heartfelt THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! You just don’t know what this has done for me…..many blessings to you from me!! Again, THANK YOU!!

Having lived in Seattle for most of my life (21 of my 22 years) I finally realize what I was missing after moving to Indiana. The rain. Constant rain, with occasional thunder. Rain is one of the few things that helps me sleep well, and with there being so little compared to where I used to live, you could imagine many restless nights. Finally finding this though, it's like I'm back home in Seattle, and I can finally rest every night. This is definitely being favorited, and played every night from now on. Thank you so much for bringing my sleep back home.

Long years ago until our present day am suffering from anxiety, insomnia and sleeping well. I tried this video yesterday before I go to sleep and REALLY WOW😲! It works with me. I have been listening to these thunder storms for a few months now. I absolutely LOVE this. I am a “certified”INSOMNIAC/Light Sleeper. I find the sound of the rain so soothing and relaxing. This is one of my all time favorites! I have pretty severe chronic pain, so I have a lot of trouble both falling and staying asleep. I have tried sleeping pills, they are not only ineffective, they are counterproductive. These recordings may take me a long while to work at times, but they are always relaxing at the very least. I love this one especially because once I finally do fall asleep (I am usually a very light sleeper at best), the gentle rolling thunder keeps me asleep or makes it easy to drift back to sleep. The ones with sharp cracks of thunder interspersed tend to be jarring and actually wake me up if and when I ever do manage to drift off. This is perfect. 🥰 Thanks from the bottom of my ❤

This is wonderful. My insomnia is off the scale and anxiety is even worse. Coming to terms with the shit**y life I've lived made me this way. In 15 years I've lost 2 brothers before they were 50, another almost died in a road accident identified, my mum, my dad, my sister and my beloved husband. Until now 4 hours sleep was luxury. Now its 6 or even 8. Thank you kind sir for saving my sanity.

I’m so thankful that you find rest and pain free sleep. My entire back is fused from the middle of my skull to my tailbone, and supported by a full cage which makes finding sleep very difficult. I slept peacefully last night while listening to this rain and thunderstorm.

I contracted Covid a little over a year ago and at first the biggest side effect I had was insomnia. I developed a breathing issue later that lessened over time but the insomnia still rears it’s ugly head quite frequently. I discovered this 3 days ago & it has been a fantastic help!

So well done, sounds like rain, not just White Noise, you can hear splashes and plops of drops, and the THUNDER! Long Rolling realistic, and not easily discernable pattern.... I have insomnia, and I stayed up till the very end. It put me asleep for 4 hours (thank you ♥️) no other videos usually put me to sleep

I have suffered from insomnia for all my life and I was on medication after medication and it never stopped finally I moved to Indiana and I heard the rain and the thunder and I slept for over 19 hours so i took myself off the medication and now I listen to this at nights so I can sleep but I have to remember to set an alarm or I will sleep all day🤣

This is amazing. I suffer from Insomnia, getting less than an hour of sleep every night. But this video has helped me so much. After listening for around fifteen minutes, I fell asleep. For almost the first time in my life, I actually slept 8 hours. I cannot express how thankful I am. This is absolutely amazing.

For context my cats like to sleep on the bed. With this video I always imagine this big ol house with a wooded area surrounding it and I'm laying on this big swing chair on a porch with a big fluffy blanket and my cats....... that's as far as I ever get before I'm asleep. Happy dreams everyone 😻
