Matter of perspective.
I’ve been trying to stay a lot more positive lately, dealing w my depression isn’t easy what so ever. I really struggle sleeping at night. What happened to regular English
I turn this on when my anxiety gets so bad that it overpowers my medicine and sends me into a panicked breathing fit. It helps tremendously, especially regarding my disliking to silence due to a constant fit of manual breathing that sets me off horribly. Breathing tricks dont work but this in place of the absent sounds of the room helps so much.
