- The big news are out! I'm officially married!
I'm sorry I wasn't able to upload a video last week, but this was the reason~ I had to prepare for the big day! Honestly, I was too stressed out and nervous to focus on my diet routine, but I still did my best until the day of the wedding.
After the wedding, I'm having a hard time getting back into my diet. I'm also having a serious surgery next week, and it will affect my ability to make progress... let's see how it goes next week.

Hello ^^ what a vlog full of news :) congratulations for your wedding and I wish you the best together.
Honestly, I recognize myself a lot in your struggles to manage anxiety and stress. Just want you to know that your doing an amazing job to reach your goals. Don't be hard with yourself and keep going without harming your mind and body.
I hope the surgery will be with less dolors as possible and that you'll get back quickly.
If you can enjoy walking and cycling while you'll be recovering it's also a good way to use energy. Gentle yoga, stretching, pilates, reeducation are a way to workout too :) so focus on the good, the recovery and less stress.
Because as I learned the more you're stressed and focused on diet/workout routine the less results come fast.

Unfortunately, my doctor said the skin will pull too much, so I can't do any exercise but walking for 2 weeks. But afterwards I will cycle, stretch, and do rehab! Again, thank you so much for your comment, I felt really happy reading it. I wish you the best, and hope you have a wonderful week!
