Keep a 22 wire brush handy I had to clean the lead foul out so the shells would go into the chamber only after like a hundred rounds. Still fun to shoot but keep it clean.
Picked up the same kit and really enjoy it. Have not had any issues with it after about 500 rounds. Remington and CCI ammo had no issues.

i only shoot jacketed rounds so it doesnt happen as often.
Shoot plated 22lr. When you're done blow out the fouling with a few 556 rounds.
