Iam sure Its design will be definitely patented by them and iam sure they wouldnt want anynone to make it except by them or there is any kind of work around it to get away 4m getting sued??

Fusion doubled the build price in the last 3 years, don’t see them much passed E19 at upwards of $500k with all the upcharged options
I could see it being a little over 100 grand but over half a million dollars plus options. That's dumb
I have priced just parts to build one myself. The parts alone are over $100k.
I dont think its worth $500k either but they are catering to a different clientele. Theirs is the only officially licensed build by the Halicki family. There are so many knockoff Eleanor kits now the market is becoming saturated and I suspect in 10 or so years only official Eleanor builds will be investment grade and go up in value along with true Shelbys as those are knocked off as well. Funny part is the lawsuits by Halicki backfired and if you notice they cant even use GT500, GT350, or Shelby anywhere on these now on the Halicki licensed builds so if you want an exact replica of movie this is not the route for that but rather the route for resale value later down the road.

If you price this build on their website it is over $500k and he let whatever percentage of that he put down on it sit in limbo for 2 years waiting. Guy clearly has money. I am sure he can afford new seats when the time comes.
Eleanor cars and its troubled legacy, I'd never buy one now, not after all the dirty court battles.
It has more or less been settled. The irony is the wife of the movie producer tried to sue Shelby for trademark and copyright infringement for their customers painting and doing Eleanor style bodykits on restomods when the vehicles used in filiming of the movie were not even true Shelbys, but rather restored mass produced 67 fastbacks made in the movie to look like Shelbys. Shelby actually had the valid lawsuit but never sued her husband after movie was produced. Always seemed to me a wife who ran out of money after her husbands death grasping at straws to maintain her lifestyle.
