- Cowboy Cerrone and I rehearsing our fight scene.
As I’ve said before, I like realism in my scenes so I like to really spar with my opponents to see how they really move so I can add their best techniques into the actual fight scene. Cowboy is famous for his combinations and Up-elbow and I wanted get those in to look his best! I get criticized for dominating opponents in my movies so I love when I get to have real fighters who can bring the heat and F me up too and @cowboycerrone is just the guy to do it! Thanks Bro!

The speed and sharpness of those kicks is beyond impressive.
The fact acting is becoming a reliable career for so many retiring combat sport athletes makes me really happy (both as a fan of mma and action cinema). They still have the skills and discipline to entertain, but there is no reason to keep taking damage after a certain point.
Cowboy seems to be picking choreography pretty well. I saw his fight scene with Chris Pratt on Terminal List and it had a good flow.
Never forget Michael also not young 😂 he is 54 years of age and we all know that and Cowboy too got some crazy speed for his age 😳

I was sitting here thinking the same thing, I'm 53 years old and I can barely do a hundred push-ups a day , let alone kick.😄

@@like2jo4796 Instigator LOL. Anyways being a pro fighter doesn't always determine who's the better fighter. Some guys just choose not to go that path. You'd be surprised what goes down behind closed doors in the gym. Just respect their talents.

Perhaps one of the most underrated actors/fighters, Sifu Michael has always been impressive, even at his age now he still looks as sharp as he did back in universal soldier.

Those incredible kicks from MJW were not learnt overnight. Years and years of practice and conditioning. So now it's second nature, just like breathing. Doesn't even have to think about it.
