    12~13 cookies
    115g(1 stick) unsalted butter(softened)
    91g(1/2cup minus 1Tbsp) white sugar
    92g(1/3cup plus 1Tbsp) light brown sugar
    1 egg
    3g(2/3tsp) vanilla extract
    Dash of lemon juice
    158g(1cup plus 1Tbsp) all-purpose flour
    20g(1/4cup) rolled oats
    3g(1/2tsp) baking soda
    4g(1/2tsp) salt
    Pinch of cinnamon
    233g(1 1/3cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    80g(2/3cup) chopped walnuts
    1. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in the bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip for about 2 min at medium speed.
    2. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice, blending with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy, scraping down bowl.
    3. With the mixer on low speed, add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, blending for about 45 seconds. Don’t overmix.
    4. Remove bowl from mixer and stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
    5. Portion dough with a scoop (about 3 tablespoons) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart.
    6. Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is still soft.
    7. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet for about 1 hour.
    *Cook’s note: You can freeze the unbaked cookies, and there’s no need to thaw. Preheat oven to 300°F and place frozen cookies on parchment paper-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake until edges are golden brown and center is still soft.

    와우 항상 구독하면서 정보 얻고있는 구독자에요^^ 반죽 휴지 타임은 없을까요?~~시간지나 딱딱 하기보다는 쫀득한 식감일까용? 오늘 당장 집에서ㅜ하고싶어지는 레시피애용

      원 레시피에는 따로 휴지를 하지않더라구요! 저는 한판(6개)는 휴지없이, 한판은 30분-1시간 가량 휴지를 했었는데 휴지한게 조금 더 맛있었어요. 식감은 겉은 바삭 속은 촉촉한 편이었어요. 더 쫀득한 식감을 원하신다면 끝부분이 골든브라운이 되면 바로 꺼내시면 될것같아요 ~!😊

      겉은바삭 가운데는 쫜득! 조금 덜구우면 더 쫀득해용 :)

      저는 호두를 좋아해서 맛있었지만 선호하지 않으신다면 빼도 괜찮을것 같아요! 그리고 마카다미아 등 다른 견과류로 대체해도 좋을거에요 :)
