Great video and recipe! I can't wait to bake some up and try them. They look delicious! Why use cold butter and room temperature eggs? I have always read that butter and eggs should be the same temp, and with cookies, I've only seen cookies made with room temp or melted butter.
Mrs Fields chocolate chip oatmeal cookies you don't use flour do you use oatmeal and grind it up they are the softest and moist cookies you ever ate but they make a ton of cookies
Those cookies look absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for this recipe. I have one question though...although the butter should come straight from the refrigerator, how about the eggs? Do you use cold or room temperature eggs?

@@jodyann11 I typically use room temperature eggs. pop them into a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes to bring them to room temp quickly. enjoy!
