Thanks Tony, glad you were able to stop by and watch. The build was a challenge but I can't wait to get weathering this little trench buggy - got my mud and powders ready! I had a look at your channel and your work looks fantastic. I really liked the Spitfire and Heinkel Salamander. Looks like I have a thing or two to learn from you. Great work, keep it up!
Thanks Flup. I always thought I should have been a watch-maker or neuro-surgeon. I should have an UE editor video out soon. Been pretty busy lately but I'm trying to stay focused and disciplined...very hard at time. Stay well my friend.
It's a nice model but a bit tricky to build. It's very small too so hopefully you have good eyes and steady hands. Thanks for the note and good luck with your building!
Definitely worth building and the engine in the full interior kit is very nice. Set aside a bit of time since it's not an easy kit. Best of the luck to you!
Thank you for the compliment Rick. And I forgot to say welcome back to the hobby! The hobby has come a long way since you and I were building as kids. A billion different products and manufacturers and every imaginable tool and accessory now available. Plus as adults we don't have to wait until Xmas and birthdays to get model kits! All the best to you.
Hey Roman. At the 9:18 time stamp it looks like the interior facets of the turret are depicted. Those faces were painted with flat white acrylic (probably Tamiya thinned with lacquer and shot through an airbrush). Then the pieces were coated with a clear gloss acrylic, hence the shine.
Hi Mobskii; On the inside surfaces the gun was painted with flat black enamel with a very light coat of a dark brown colour. Some of the patina colour comes from the colour balance setting on the video camera. Thanks for watching!
Completely underatted
Thank you Club A, that comment makes the day!
@@stevieRay3211 And it also made my night(ps: congrats from China)
