- The FT-17 is a lightweight tank that has been used by various countries in World War I, World War II, and various other wars. This time, we will proceed with the production based on the setting of a member of the French Army Tiger Tank Brigade during World War I. Please enjoy the assembly video including the interior painting work until the end.

Hello from Liepaja! Very interesting work and models. WW1 vehicles and armour are indeed interesting. Vrite naw I building armoured Ford T ( British in Russian empire ), and was a pleasant surprise, when sore haw you make Ft-17. I liked!

FT-17のせいで少しだけフランス戦車に興味惹かれてて、予定していた制作スケジュールを少々変更し、夏までにはやはりフランス戦車の［B-1 bis］を作る方向でスケジュールを調整中です。ちなみにPanzer II完成動画見ましたよ。中々良さげです。お互い幾つになっても楽しい趣味の世界から抜け出せそうもないのは明白だなっと、つくずく思いなが拝見させていただきました。🍺🍺🍺

Nice build :-). I am building the same model at the moment but I got some issue to assemble the track. Some elements of the track won’t « click » and went loose. I finally drilled all and put a little copper wire. Have you experienced the same?
I had a similar struggle to stay connected. Before starting the weathering of the track in the Part 2 video, I attached the track to the car body and fixed the entire track with adhesive. Although there are various problems, it is a very rewarding kit to build. Please enjoy. Thank you for your comment.🍺🍺🍺

Your painting is magnificent ! i've got a question : which paint did you use as a base for the interior? Flat white? or is it a mix of flat white with metallic gray?
I painted it with regular flat white without any primer.🍎🥝🫐🍉
Can you teach me how to brush painting with Mr color metallic? I still cannot figure how to do it smoothly without getting lumpy paint. And thanks alot for the video!
I don't have to be particularly careful, I just apply it with a brush.🍺 🍺 🍺

Strange that Meng have made two types of this model. One with smal diorama and second with full interior

@@smc-2 ok, I got one box of MENG FT-17 for about 140 RMB yuan yesterday. Luckily, it adheres a set of etching parts of ETMODEL for FT-17. This will be a hard work.😁

This time it's a homemade part made from junk parts with a little modification. I don't want to spend a lot of money, so I mostly use handmade parts like that.🥩🍗🍷🍷🍷
This is a scale model kit, I get that. But at 1-35 could be a r/c running model & STILL retain 99% accuracy.

It's not the Sherman Tank (in WWII), it's M4 or Medium.
It's not Blitzkrieg, it's schwerpunkt and kessel.
The B-24 was the main US heavy bomber, not the B-17.
It's not Hetzer, it's Jagdpanzer 38(t).
Yes France collaborated with the Nazis.
Yes Ireland collaborated with the Nazis.
Yes Finland collaborated with the Nazis.
The Soviets defeated Nazi Germany, not the US.
