I've tried almost all of your recipes (mostly vegan and those that I can veganise). They are all delicious! I'm looking forward to trying this one. We made this pumpkin pasta - lovely. Creamy, luscious, not over-spiced - luscious, with the flavor of the smoked paprika shining though - and super quick and simple! We will make this again.👌

We made this. The challenge was that the onion and garlic pieces, albeit small in the creamy sauce were not to our liking as the mouthfeel was off putting. When we make it again, we will put the finished sauce in a high speed blender for 30 seconds then return it to the pan before adding the pasta.

we don't have caned pumpkin puree in Belgium, I'm gonna guess boiling a pumpkin and blend it does the trick as well?

@@SpainonaFork this pasta was amazing, this is going to be a regular autumn dish for my family. I was actually looking for alternative dishes with pumpkin besides pumpkin soup, because my wife brought way to many pumpkins with her from the field. And pumpkin soup does get boring after a while. But yea the whole family loved it. Oh and cheers for not only using "cups" but also grams, never understood how someone could work with such a silly measurement 🤣🤣

I knew I was always Spanish
No vegetable broth no vegetable oil
& use better brand of rigatoni , pecorino and no Spanish paprika, use Hatch red chile powder instead
Believe me! in Spain pastas come from Italy The only authentically Spanish thing in this recipe is the strumming of the guitar at the beginning of the video... the rest is as iconically fake as a Loewe handbag... made in China. Enjoy the fake and imaginative recipe (why not?)! ¡Buen provecho!
