Are INKA demu trainsets and INKA locomotives reliable and durable there in pnr? How does their performance compare to PNR DEMUs from Hyundai Rotem? I am very curious for that
With the right maintenance it will be good for long long time. Buying new things is easier than maintaining it. Its include track maintenance and many more. If PNR is good at maintaining the rolling stock + track etc. It will be long lasting just like all Indonesian Rolling stick from INKA.
the tracks are poorly maintained due to lack of appropriate funding from the government there have been no refurbishment of the track or the trackside conditions since around the end of the 20th century

INKA DMU ME 204 has been operating in Indonesia for about 4 years. But, as you can see, they don't have any problems while operating in Indonesia. Then why do people say that ME 204 is bad and has shit quality? Ain't a bit suspicious, tho..

@@DuniaWibuID I'm Filipino, and I'll explain the Broken Windows part. You see, there are some people who (illegally) settle on the sides of the track. There are many incidents where those unruly children throw stones on the trains and break the glass, and has nothing to do with the bad track (that has its own problem). Older PNR Trains & Carriages used to have metal wires formed into a net and placed on windows in order to protect them from children who throw stones at the trains.
