Well I must say your recipe turned out perfect, I made a variation by omitting the Cocoa powder, replaced with grated cheese and 2 tbsp. of jalapeño and cheese spice, sprinked cheese on top and baked for 40 minutes. Delicious!

I made this bread finally but it's not at all what I expected. I made the vanilla version no chocolate. I was expecting a dessert bread but instead got an amazing sandwich bread recipe. I've looked at so many complicated recipes. This is by far the easiest with an amazing outcome. I followed the recipe exactly except for using 1/2 tsp of baking soda and baking powder and added half a stick of butter. I got a really good rise. It's moist dense and spongey without being too dense and most importantly it doesn't taste like peanut butter or eggs. So purrr!!! Thank you for this recipe now I can save a bunch of money on keto bread.

Really late response, I know, but if you or anyone else wants it sweet(er) you need to up the amount of sweetner. I'm not surprised 1/4 cup tasted too plain for some; looking at most quick bread recipes, at least a full cup of a chosen or mix of sweetners are added. Personally, I go as low as 1/2 cup since for my taste buds that provides a satisfying sweet taste but it's all about personal taste so experiment. Aside from that I agree with you about this nutbutter bread making a fantastic sandwich bread! I really need to try other nutbutters to see if I can get even closer to white bread in taste. 😁

Tried it just now and it turned out perfect! I tried a loooot of complicated keto bread recipes but it's either I dont get it right or I wont like the taste and texture. I actually expected to taste peanut butter and egg but it was just fluffy and perfect!
I tried the plain version but did not use vanilla extract and sweeter anymore as I already used Lily's peanut butter lite with stevia. I even just tried it on an oven toaster and baked it half the time (15mins). Still turned out perfect! Thank you!

I just made the plain version today, I added vanilla extract, butter, lime juice, baking soda instead of powder and pumkin spice with 2tbsp stevia, this we the most amazing flourless bread ever! Next time I will add banana to the mixture❤ I love your channel and your efforts! Thank you sister!
Also there really isn't an egg taste to this bread, it's incredible! this is now my go to bread! Just a warning: get ready to double the recipe! After the first bite, this will disappear!

I made it and it smells delicious! But.. it did not rise - maybe 1/2 inch. Nothing like yours. All my ingredients were at room temperature. Perhaps baking soda amount you used was different?

I can't believe you used 1 tspn of baking powder and it leveaned like that. You used at least 1 tablespoon. I have baking lately and 1 tsp has almost no effect in leavenning the bread.
