I am ready. Day 1 was awesome. I only had 2 days to practice this week and I'm still catching up on the breath hold length (10 seconds so far). You said it will gradually increase. I am determined! The challenge is helping.

I've been trying these over the past few days and I'm not going to move on until I have the 45 seconds. It feels really meaningful to work on this and I always feel relaxed

Repeating method
Hi there, thank you for connecting and sharing your feedback. The 9-days sessions build on each other. In Day 1 we performed Breath of Fire and Humming Bee Breath. In Day 2 we added Kumbhaka to the Breath of Fire practice, which are gradual breath holds. In Day 3 we are further adding Bhandas, energy locks. Later in the series we introduce advanced practices. The idea is to prepare your body for the upcoming advanced sessions. Enjoy the practice and thanks for being part of our loving community. Sending many blessings.

I can only hold for 15 secs , how many days it will take to come to 45 secs, I cannot go to 3rd session unless I hold exhale for 45 secs😢😢
Yes my friend. You should try holding for at least 30 seconds before moving on to the next one. Slowly your body would get used to the carbon dioxide tolerance... Try doing this early morning before food for the best results and tell me how much you can hold. Sending many blessings 🙏
Now I can hold up to 35-40 secs, unless I attain 45 secs I will not go to next session
