The old games captured something that felt real. KH3 felt like some kind of blockbuster avengers endgame level movie. Maybe the devs lost sight of things a little.

By far one of my favorite moments in all of kingdom hearts. The passion in Roxas’ voice because of everything hes been through, the anger that sora might see the pain and suffering he had to endure as something insignificant, or easily dismissed was perfectly executed by Jessie McCartney. Roxas is by far my favorite character in all of kingdom hearts, and in this one cutscene, sora gives him the reconciliation he really deserved. I love this series, and cant wait to see where its going.

When roxas said "it's way past time you learned what real hurt feels like" It really hit me in the feels because only we know what kind of hurt roxas went through. Nice touch👌
Why did I forget about this scene. It’s perfect. Probably one of my favs from the series. Beautifully acted. Blending the tension and chaos from The other promise and then falling back into the somber and melancholiac roxas theme was genius. Sora being his dorky naïve self is basically exactly what roxas needs to chill out and know things will be okay.
This Roxas must be data from right after 256/2 days, when he is rampaging over Xion's death. He was so angry then that didn't carry over that intensely when he re-completed with Sora. Maybe this would have been how this played out, had Sora not been comatose, and they encountered each other in the World that Never Was.
One thing the _Re:Coded_ movie unfortunately couldn't portray was the plot twist of the hooded figure actually being a data version of Roxas. The original wasn't voice acted, so you didn't know who he was up until the final battle, while here you can understand who he is from the very beginning.
See, here is where I have a problem with the hd cutscenes. It barely shows any fighting that we wanna see! The most fighting that the hd cutscenes show is when sora is fixing riku. And it's just the fucking bugs. This is the last fight that sora fights in, and this is what we get? One single hit of both of their keyblades, and that's all we get to see? What the fuck were they thinking when they remade the cutscenes??? I know that the original recoded wasn't the strongest in the story department compared to the other games, but it's fucking boring when they take out the action. And they fucking took out the final battle??? Did they even understand how cool it would've been to see that???
I would like to see a longer fight too, but remember that in the original re coded you have to defeat him, instead here because you just see de scenes, i think it's ok, either way, i hype just with the dialogue and the sentences before the fight, "It's way past time that you learned what real hurt feels like!" that sound fcking awesome, the dub actors are the better ones i've ever seen in that kind of games

This moment is a lot more surprising in the DS game where there's absolutely no voice acting or peeks under the hood at all, so you have no idea it's Roxas until he pulls out his Keyblades. Props to the voice directors for at least trying to keep Jesse McCartney's voice from sounding too familiar, though.
playing as roxas with duel keyblades is so bad ass, i wish they would let us play as him more.

It’s kinda trippy... Roxas is the only organization member data Sora sees. But in the real worlds, Roxas couldn’t even set foot in the way place...
Not only that, but data Sora seemed to handle the ordeal a lot better than the real Sora did.

Why did I forget about this scene. It’s perfect. Probably one of my favs from the series. Beautifully acted. Blending the tension and chaos from The other promise and then falling back into the somber and melancholiac roxas theme was genius. Sora being his dorky naïve self is basically exactly what roxas needs to chill out and know things will be okay.

This Roxas must be data from right after 256/2 days, when he is rampaging over Xion's death. He was so angry then that didn't carry over that intensely when he re-completed with Sora. Maybe this would have been how this played out, had Sora not been comatose, and they encountered each other in the World that Never Was.

One thing the _Re:Coded_ movie unfortunately couldn't portray was the plot twist of the hooded figure actually being a data version of Roxas.
The original wasn't voice acted, so you didn't know who he was up until the final battle, while here you can understand who he is from the very beginning.
Jesse McCartney had NO business delivering the single hardest line delivery of all time, but good god did he deliver

See, here is where I have a problem with the hd cutscenes. It barely shows any fighting that we wanna see! The most fighting that the hd cutscenes show is when sora is fixing riku. And it's just the fucking bugs. This is the last fight that sora fights in, and this is what we get? One single hit of both of their keyblades, and that's all we get to see? What the fuck were they thinking when they remade the cutscenes??? I know that the original recoded wasn't the strongest in the story department compared to the other games, but it's fucking boring when they take out the action. And they fucking took out the final battle??? Did they even understand how cool it would've been to see that???
I would like to see a longer fight too, but remember that in the original re coded you have to defeat him, instead here because you just see de scenes, i think it's ok, either way, i hype just with the dialogue and the sentences before the fight, "It's way past time that you learned what real hurt feels like!" that sound fcking awesome, the dub actors are the better ones i've ever seen in that kind of games
