Most people want to rent the whole two bedroom, some are scared of my neighborhood, some find it far from the CBD. It’s in Kraaifontein but someone would prefer Brackenfell and say Kraaifontein (less than 5km)🙆🏿♂️. My neighborhood is a location and there has been incidents of gangerism. Some people struggle to even sell now 🙆🏿♂️ I don’t want Cape Town anymore
Yes we need that cashflow, but i prefer buying 👉 touching👉 put back in the market 🤷♂️. Buying and renting will take forever for you to feel your profit. My opinion though 🤷♂️
