Ha - what a tip at the end!
I mucked around with my battery tonight, only checked it started afterwards. If my window doesn't work properly tomorrow I'll know how to fix it. Ta!

Are you mixing the wires with the fuse box wire? I’m about to replace my terminals and the fuse box wire is mounted to the side of the original terminal, however the replacement terminal only has the option to mix all the wires together at the back. Will this cause me any issues?

The positive battery cable that runs up the left side of the battery in the video runs to the fuse box. It sounds like your original terminal clamp has an extra piece that mounts the fuse box cable on the side of the terminal. In other words, the fuse box cable is still connected to the terminal, just in a different location. It does not matter where the cables are connected to the terminal, just that they are connected. So there isn't any problem with replacing your original terminal with one that looks like the terminal in the video.
