Good tutorial, but Shredda knows that handstand push-ups are the king of calisthenic shoulder exercises. I know Shredda can do them but most average trainees can’t, which is why I believe he doesn’t show them. Anyway, thanks for the video Good Money. 👍

Mindblowing workout
1. None of these exercises target the rear delts. All the exercises that you did lift the arm forwards, which is a function of the anterior deltoid. The pyke push-ups and Mike Tyson push-ups are great for both anterior and side delts, or you could replace them with handstand push-ups if you're a little more advanced.
2. To target the rear delts you need to pull your arm backwards, so bodyweight rows would be a great exercise here. If you have rings, you can do the "skin the cat" exercise. If you have bands, there are many other things that you can do. Even pull-ups are good and many other pulling exercises. But in this video you only showcased pushing movements.
3. Why would you dedicate an entire workout to shoulders? There's no reason to do 5 exercises only for these muscle groups. It's better to integrate these exercises into your day.
4. Where are the sets and reps mentioned in the title? And how can you give a number of sets and reps when these are bodyweight exercises? Some people will be able to do 5 reps of something before reaching failure, and other people will be able to do 50. Bodyweight exercises are supposed to be done to failure.
I'm not trying to be a hater or anything, but to me it seems that you just came up with 5 random exercises just for the sake of this video. You have a great physique and your work capacity is incredible, but your knowledge is seriously lacking, so you really need to stop spreading misinformation.
