Dear Amit, Smart band HR testing method is light based..... It sends the Green color light in regular interval.... what ever light return back based on the reflation, it calculates as HR numbers because Blood characteristic is to absorb the light. Unfortunately, M2 band does not have the correction feature in the software based on the distance, which keep on running in the same method everywhere even without wrist. So it shows the reading even it is lying on the table. Thanks RCE

See Bingo M2 or Any other supplier M2, Its same which is manufactured in Shenzhen, China only. It cost to supplier by max Rs. 400/- in India and freely available. Its first copy / replica of Mi2 band. On other hand Mi band 2 is also manufactured at same place with Mi logo but the cost is different. Walking distance is relative distance covered between two points which is measured by 3D Axle Sensor. Accuracy of 3D movement is dependent on Manufacture and quality of sensors. So it is not accurate s per your steps but 90% - 99% accurate of distance covered between two points based on sensor quality. Thanks RCE

I downloaded the watch and synced it with Youband and the phone vibrates when message comes or a call comes.however the watch doesn't display anything . I'm not sure why is that but during night at very dark I could barely see the screen. Do you know how to increase the brightness?

I have had one of these for over a week, and it has a LOT of problems :( The Sleep counter is completely random - it has no idea when you fall asleep as it tells me i was sleeping when i know i was awake, and says i was awake when i know i was sleeping! The Step counter is also very random - it works some days then on other days it just says 0 The time can go badly out of sync - one day i was shocked to find the watch was 6 hours out of sync! The display is very random - sometimes it will just display the time, then other times it will have a display with the time, battery charge, and date. About the only 2 things i managed to get working reliably on this watch were the heart rate and blood pressure counters. Everything else on this watch either doesn't work, or only works occasionally!

1) If there is no activity on the screen while charging - then may be Battery issue or internal damage. 2) If there is a vibration on the band but no screen display - Internal screen has gone bad. 3) If It charges while plugged in for charging but goes dead as soon as remove from charging - Battery issue. Hi Eric, All additional functions in smart band, like sleep tracking should work however sleep tracking accuracy would be 60-70%. Please restart your smart band once and also your mobile. Dear Juhaina, Please check the application name from user manual which comes along with the box. It could be different because there are many manufacturer are M2. Connecting the M2 band with app process remains the same.

yes, Smart band can store the data for 6-7 days independently. most of the functions like (HR, Blood pressure(optional in M2), step count, calories burnt, distance cover, watch functions) works without any issue and record all the data. When you connect the band back it will sync with mobile app. In fact smart band battery life will be 2-3 times, if it is not connected with Application and functioning independently. FYI - Few features like call, SMS, social media Messages, click picture functions may not work because it require smart band to remain connected for these features. Thanks RCE

There are two queries in it - 1) Light - There is no light in the band screen in M2 band. So do not expect it. 2) Vibration - vibration is the common feature of band. which you can disable/ / enable from application . I have had one of these for over a week, and it has a LOT of problems :(

Pls instert the band tightly and make sure that 2 metal PINs visible at one side of the band should touch charging cable pins to charge.

In fact smart band battery life will be 2-3 times, if it is not connected with Application and functioning independently.
FYI - Few features like call, SMS, social media Messages, click picture functions may not work because it require smart band to remain connected for these features.

There is no difference while pairing to any mobile phone as long as it has Android OS 4.4 and above. Redme Note 4 certainly has higher version.
Please check the application name correctly from user manual and see this video as well. -

Hlo sir. I ordered a new smart band today on Amazon but my band is making some sound and is vibrating while charging. ALSO, THERE IS No light coming on its screen even after half an hour of charging. 😭😭Plsss tell what should I do? PLS REPLY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. 🙏
There are two queries in it -
1) Light - There is no light in the band screen in M2 band. So do not expect it.
2) Vibration - vibration is the common feature of band. which you can disable/ / enable from application .
