Thanks for reaching to us. M2 band takes 30 Minutes to 1 hour for fully charge. This seems that smart band is not properly connected and not charged. To make sure that it is charging, please do the following - 1) when you plug in smart band for charging, it will display 00:00 hours, vibrate for two seconds and then screen goes off. 2) you can touch screen again after 5 seconds, you will see a cell image getting filled like mobile phone when charge. If this is not happening, please reconnect the band, charging plug again and try to do the same again. Thanks RCE

Steps count should start fresh from 0 as calendar date changes and the historical data of last day/previous dates upload/synchronized to your mobile application. Kindly check your application setting.

Hi William, There could be below possible solution - a) Try to recover/reset the password, if you forget. which may only work if our email id is registered with application server over internet. b) Try to re-register the same email id again, it may let you register. c) Clear Cached memory of application and re-register again. Hi Ausaf, Band will surely connect to mobile and redmi 4 has android OS 6.0. Kindly check the product user manual because your application may be different because M2 is manufactured by many. Restart your phone once because Bluetooth BLE some time get stuck while trying to get the client information. Restart your M2 band and Phone once and then try tot pair with Phone bluetooth. It should remain connected with phone bluetooth, if both the devices are not away more then 5 to 8 meters (depends on the obstacles in between). Try with some other phone the same thing to test. If it still disconnect frequently, replace the device from your supplier. RCE

down load the app as given is user manual of smart band. app may be different according to manufacturer. Still not working, call at customer support number +91 9964603707 between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST.

It should connect with Samsung 7 prime.
Kindly double check the application name given in User Manual, it may be different from which you are trying.

I have Moto g5s plus it connects with my mobile Bluetooth for 2sec and then it stops
It shows it's paired but it's not
And it never shows in the droihealth app's Bluetooth
Kindly restart your Smart band and Phone once.... Chances are, bluetooth LTE 4.0 got stuck.
Kindly Do subscribe the video to continue assist
RCE I did restart both again n again but it's same case
As a last option, try with some other available mobile, which will confirm the issue in smart band.
Get it replaced, if it under warranty

Please use the email id which ends with .com, user id- alpha numeric (in case of new upgraded version of application) and your password should be atleast 8 letters long.
