This is definitely the first system that has a chance of competing against Milwaukee. It’s the first that I personally can’t wait to see in action. I’ve looked at the klein and flex they’re mediocre at best. Not enough reason to switch. Tough bilt did respond that to a chat saying the rolling drawers were coming. 🙌🏼 Seems like their marketing and development teams are paying attention to the comments. That garage storage system is quite attractive.
Apparently there is a rolling draw box listed to come out in the the summer expansion. This stuff looks so good if it’s cheaper I’d consider selling my packout and swapping.
A few people have brought this up now. I just had a look and there does look like one will be available. Keen to see how this works. I’d be all over that. Thanks for the heads up mate
As a Kiwi I hope it comes in cheaper than Dewalt Toughsystem. That’s what I went for since Milwaukee is just unbelievably expensive here, even though it is clearly the best.
It looks clean. I don’t like all the crap that hangs off the packout, mainly the corners, people like it for bumping around but I’m not that harsh with my tools so I’d prefer less wasted space. Right now I’m on systainers. We need dimensions of the toughbilt, maybe I could get a single drawer here or there in my van.
I’ve got a few Toughbuilt products. Few pouches, the folding workbench, saw horses etc. it’s all well built and usually at a reasonable price. Mainly use this stuff at home. Work wise, I’m a Packout fan boy. My biggest issue is defo the rolling tool box. Should be drawers. If ridged can do it, then surely Milwaukee can figure it out. I’ve been considering the cart for a year but it’s got so many negatives for me like the height of it and not folding, the stability issues and the cheap plastic build quality. Could it be time to change?? Need to see this system in the action I think
Toughbuilt is coming out with a roller bottom box that is a full size drawer identical to the larger rolling box. Don't quote me but, I believe in the summer 2024 release.
Interedted to see if we even get it here in NZ. Looks amazing. And at what price point. I recently got the ryobi link. As an apprentice who works in s factory and rarely goes on site it suits my needs well at 40% the price of packout. But i fo like tough built. I have several of their belts and pouches from previous building and maintenance roles.
To your last question: Yes, as it doesn’t say Milwaukee or any other tool brand on it! That’s great! Most own several brands, and tool boxes that doesn’t scream “expensive tools in here” is just fantastic. Love to see them coming in Europe as well.
Great video mate! Excited to see these roll out, I also think UA-cam is a great platform for your content, it’s the best way to turn a little profit to throw back into addicted to tools! Thanks for the showing us
I'm curious what brand of power tools though built sees their customers buying alongside their StackTech System? I hope Thoughbuilt Makes their Own Power Tools!
I do feel like the market share of power tools is a difficult space. I personally will likely never switch away from makita. I had milwaukee and got rid of em to just have one battery system. From all the different saws, drills, vacuums, lawn tools, etc.. it would be difficult to ever change again. I’m curious about how much market share flex has actually gained.
The no drawers or cabinet im the rolling box is ridiculous. Thats why my toughsystem 2.0 rolling box i cut the front of it and put hinges to make it a cabinet. Best decision ive ever made. Would be nice to have a legit 1. Nice to see stack tech doing it but unfortunately not right away. And is that ridgid rolling drawer only in UK? Cuz i cant seem to find it
I’ve been running the toughbuilt pouches for awhile now. Costs a bit as an apprentice but the versatility of having a few different pouches to work out off based on if I need just a few hand tools or my full hand tool set up is great. Not to mention their drill holster is great for carrying my drill around and have the pouch attached helps a lot too
Since bunnings have been the major outlet for toughbuilt and they have been for a while reducing the range of pouches to special order it looked like they were on the way out, but recently they have introduced self-contained totes and a trolley mounted toolbag. So maybe at the right price, they might go all in on this new line of modular storage.
I'd b uy the Klein mod box before I'd buy into this system. But thankfully I got my packout... This is yet another system that definitely is not a packout killer.
I'll be picking up at least one, maybe two of the gurney style transporters for my work van. Excited to be able to slide out an entire wall of drawers from the van! Always been a fan of toughbuilt, sorry packout you're going on Marketplace!
Great video, no need for them to 'kill packout' as some state below, plenty of room for all ecosystems; I have my first TB stack and I am very impressed.
Saw this just today and KNEW you would have already been sussing it out 😂 Would be super to see some you do some reviews of it if you can get your hands on some of the stuff!!
They doesn’t really stack. You can not stack a big case or create on top of 2 compact cases. I just returned my system. mayor flaw. Extremely disappointed
It would need to be just as good at half the price to change now. Don’t they have no draws on the trolley because it means they have to move the wheels to outside the line of the box which makes it harder to stack?
I’d take a wider wheelbase if that’s what it took. I work on sites and solar farms so getting in narrow doorways isn’t something I consider a problem. Come on Milwaukee, do it for the people
@@GenerateLance you can get wider wheel bases on their different trolleys and tool boxes, it’s just the wheels on the rolling tool box they kept in stackable dimensions.
@@Rockbottomsurf I’ve only seen the rolling box and the cart in the UK. What I meant was, I’d be happy with a wider wheel base on the rolling box if it meant they could make a 2 or 3 drawer version
Packout Killer doubtful. Will I be switching from Packout….no. Some of the stuff is a little silly, however some solid entries for sure. Competition will keep Milwaukee innovating so that will be good for us also.
This could kill packout if its cheaper. I hope they have the gas hydrologic struts in some of the boxes. But the MLOK on the side will make mods easier, and apply to the US Gun guys
@laxaddict11 They look and feel pretty cool .I was at lowes the other day .However, they are a little heavier than packout. And the lacking mechanism might be slightly more complex ,but only time will tell
They really hit it out of the park on presentation. All the different boxes and accessories for making your perfect customized storage and mobile work setup. Plus it looks pretty slick too. Now all that's left to see is how well they hold up, and how their cost.
They need to undercut Milwaukee on price to have a chance.
They can do that and still make a killing here in Aus
Given the prices of everything else they sell, I don't think it'll be a challenge to be selling at a lower price than Packout.
From what I've read they will be priced under the premium brands like Flex and Milwaukee. Mid tier... think Ridgid/Craftsman/Husky
Not with that robot truck loading work too thing. I’m buying that and modding it for ridgid
100% all im interested in is the price tag
Hope you can pad lock them off. A lot of sticky fingers on large commercial sites, security is next to the top on my list unfortunately
Dual locking points on all the standard size boxes with additional single locking points on compact boxes. Just let'em try to pry into that.

Packout got nothing to worry about. Too many one-eyed milwaukee fanboys in the US

I really like the clean looks, and the fact they aren't "steal me red" like my packouts boxs, definitely excited to check them out!;
I'm so excited for these boxes I just really hope they come to the UK with full force!!!!
Me too uk
Coming to UK early 2024

I’ll definitely try to get my hands on this and test it out. But I’m with you at the moment. Will have to see it first.
How do you find the pouches? I’m looking at getting them for my electrical apprenticeship but not sure on the durability?
@@levi.k4017 pouches are good! No complaints. Not used them on site, just at home doing projects but they are well made and the clip system is nice
Packout, will be very hard to beat
눈동자 색 실화임? ㄷㄷ 다른게 안보임...❤
Its like SORTIMO but stronger and better!:)
Yes they are coming with the rolling drawer, also 3 different sizes of 1 drawer..
will probably buy some if its cheaper than milwaukee. Already have the large tool tote and love it. Currently looking for an organizer
Price!
They need it under packouts!
Size and price determines whether it replaces TStak.
I'm fascinated to see it, though!
The only problem i see is when you have invested a lot of money into another solution already.
rolling box with drawers is slated to come out in 2024 for toughbuilt
Here's hoping I don't need to take out a second mortgage on the home in order to buy them, like the Packouts.
This is f’n brilliant! I am going to ditch the few boxes I have and jump into tough built! Love their gear!
It does look great and typical as I’ve just started to buy packout lol

Nice work. I like the look of the ryobi. Pricing of the Milwaukee is killer, so I’m hoping toughbuilt can bring this down

I like the recessed wheels on the rolling box. I'd be interested to try these out 💯
First company that comes out with a single large drawer wins
See you in the Spring (with our trophy?) ha! But in all seriousness- we did it- coming to Stack spring 2024!
The wheels don’t really look sturdy enough. When the guy was stacking boxes on top, they looked like they where cambering inwards
Great video mate! Excited to see these roll out, I also think UA-cam is a great platform for your content, it’s the best way to turn a little profit to throw back into addicted to tools! Thanks for the showing us
Thanks mate, I appreciate the feedback. I can’t wait either. Hopefully we don’t have to wait to long here in aus.

We have a Rolling Drawer Box coming in the spring! Should be launching just about the time Stack reaches the United Kingdom!
@@ToughBuilt how many drawers is it? 1 big drawer? Thats what i would like personally.
Bunning sells a tactix tool box with 2 draws but not the trolley system it mounts on.
I’d gladly trade my AEG for the Toughbuilt system
it's ridiculous to see tool storages getting more expensive than tools themselves.
Mechanics have been paying 15k+ for rolling toolboxes forever. Premium tool storage has never been cheap.
@jordanarizon4089 yes you are right but they are surely not plastic cheap
Stack tech is launching with a rolling drawer.
😮

What do you think of their "master electrician" pouch?
my packout organizers break latches, break handles, not as tough as milwaukee would want you to think they are im done with them.

bought a couple of the three drawer units and the rolling box(it should be one large drawer but whatever). these things are built like a tank
Tough built are killing it! Never been so excited in all my life to try a tool brand
Rumours of a new type of makita packout? They need to scrap the current one and compete
I’ve heard people talk about it but I haven’t seen makita say anything. I hope so
They have a rolling xl drawer on the larger list
Any idea when the uk will have stock?
Hey boss, I noticed my footage used in your video. I would appreciate a tag and credit. Thanks!
No worries mate. That’s all done. Cheers
How are your Bambu printers coping in an uninsulated shed in Australian summer heat?
So far they’ve been awesome. The shed will get insulated some time. Looking at fully decking it all out

Oh that’s interesting. Thanks for the feedback mate
All these boxes are lame due to the building material. Very expensive for just plastic

I use packout and one thing I love about them is their sealing gaskets. Do you know if they have any sort of a seal/gasket?
All the toughbuilt boxes say IP65 rated which is the same as packout
Water and dust proof gaskets on all boxes and organizers
@ToughBuilt I'm so ready to switch if the price is right, when can I get these in Canada

I heard the new tough built rolling box is actually a pull out drawer and not a normal box like the packout roller. Game changer!
They are going to have both. The regular box first then the one with the drawer next year.
What is your take on the 2 drawer FLEX Stack Pack?
Can’t wait to load up on all the toughbuilt things all of it is so badass
