- The Formula 1 track here in Austin, Tx has a smaller, albeit incredibly fun go-kart racing track open to the public. Although a bit expensive (I think $25/race, with discounts once you've bought many races) it's still such a fun time.
Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is a grade 1 FIA-specification 3.426-mile (5.514 km) motor racing track and facilities located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Austin, Texas. The facility is home to the Formula One United States Grand Prix, the IndyCar Classic, and the Motorcycle Grand Prix of the Americas, a round of the FIM Road Racing World Championship, as well a round of the Americas Rallycross Championship. It previously hosted the Australian V8 Supercars, the American Le Mans Series, the Rolex Sports Car Series, the FIA World Endurance Championship, and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Pedals are located at the steering wheel, just like in your car, the gas is on the right and the break is on the left. This kart has the capacity to run in both standard Champ (55MPH) and Rookie (45MPH) Heats.

NICE!! Another great video.
“Push now Duke, push” 🤣🏎
Looks like a lot of fun!
That looks like a blast....
Bro wuz like bye bye duke but good job 👍🏾👍🏾
Cool
Man, you were going really well there, keeping the momentum around corners and taking the race line. It's a pity you spun out trying to out brake the guy in front as you had the opportunity to put in a block pass and steal his line 👍
I want to race this track on a pocket bike or even a Grom! Lol
Bro I was just over there 🚛trucking in Austin Texas last week
Omg close hit
So I ran a few League races at cota on these go karts and my phone's GPS was clocking at 72 miles an hour top speed for the night in the pro class and I've never raced one of these carts there before but they only let me do it because I had my NASCAR license from Nascar late model racing not very many people get it turned up that high because there is a setting where it's unlimited power everything the cart has they have a tool that does it on the motors and one I was on had a computer and does slippery on those go karts on the wet surface like that even with a little bit of water because it's slicks and a little bit of water you're going to spinning at loose it's not like they have treads on them to this place the water like F1 car can race in the rain and when you said I'm coming on carts to pass you literally got owned and just didn't even say nothing about it when that car passed you and to be honest doing about 55 miles an hour is fast enough to have to duck your head and gain more speed because of drag I've drove racing go karts on huge quarter mile asphalt tracks professionally racing go karts and we were drafting at 70 miles an hour even the kids and the little 50 mile an hour go karts were able to bump draft and draft and duck their heads to gain more speed down the staights
0:20 what is this song
0:09 Damn whats the name of this song playing on the speakers? I know it but forgot it

Really?? It’s just a fun evening out with friends riding karts. I would have cut it out but I didn’t think anything of it. Come back now, ya hear!
