      50 g egg whites,
      100 g sugar,
      200 g butter (room temperature),
      80 g raspberry puree,
      In a double boiler heat the egg whites and sugar together till 70 degrees celcius or 140 degrees fahreniet and mix it in the mixer till stiff pick. Then add the butter and keep mixing till all corporated and add the raspberry puree. When you have the smooth mixture it’s ready to use! ✌️ enjoy! You can switch the raspberry puree with other fruits and make this recipe different flavors. Thanks for asking. ☺️
