From how far I've come in the video, I really feel this is the real motivation we need each day. Gonna save this up and come back at times when feeling down or silly.

This is such a great episode of the podcast and I'm so glad I tuned in. I'm starting over from rock bottom at 26 years old, and I'm realizing that the pain of staying the same is far worse than any pain of initiating a healthy change. At some point you get extremely uncomfortable with being uncomfortable all the time. Thanks Erika and thank you for speaking Christina! Optimism is difficult, but much needed. 😊

Hi Erika. I was just looking back at some old videos, and I just realized your lighting is MUCH MUCH better now than it was 2 years ago. Great to see you keep evolving as your channel and brand continues to grow.

Wow, just wow! Very "eye opening" to identify my past patterns and a great challenge to change at 54. This is definitely a "keeper" and life changer. I usually "check out" at around 20 minutes on long videos...Not today...just had to hear it all. Awesome questions Erika. Christina, I felt like I was being "mentored" and given such "gems of wisdom". Thank you for freely sharing. Such a real and "grounded" conversation. Thank you both SO much 🤗. Teresa

I do know, if you don't articulate it, it's not real or possible..you need ti absolute believe, speak that truth out loud ti outsells and stuff that self doubt.

Erika's comment on her self image (unfollowing fitness pages) is fascinating. There's absolutely nothing wrong with how she looks, and yet she thinks there is.

Main thing is she's brilliant. That she's gorgeous is nice I guess, but far less important. Nearly meaningless right?

A friend of mine was carjacked- luckily got out of it too. I learned - man or woman- lock your doors every time you get in to drive. Sleaze bags are after your pets too & can grab them right out of your car.

Great interview! So crazy about the car. I thought most modern cars automatically lock when put into drive.

I do not mind the pessimistic people. I hate people who are jealous of others. There are some people who are just jealous by nature and they are jealous of others over little things. I had a lot of bad experiences with such people and I avoid them as much as I can. I was a people pleaser before. My mother raised me to please family members, teachers, neighbors etc. It took me a long time to change. I am now totally focused on my well being and the well being of close family members. Friendships come and go and so I do not feel the need to please anybody. I walk away from people who expect me to be their puppet.

It’s about the opportunity you have living here but plz leave the -ism out of it. Gender dynamics in profession are different than that of a personal home and family where it’s about sacrifice not selfishness. Good to hear she changed her life and enjoys that family - a lot of ppl seem to crumble and give into the toxic workplace. GG brotha
