    Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.

      Despite utilizing the correct strategies and possessing the right assets, there can still be variations in the investment returns among different investors. It is important to acknowledge that experience plays a crucial role in investment success. Personally, I realized the significance of this and sought the guidance of a market analyst, which enabled me to substantially grow my account to nearly a million. I strategically withdrew my profits just before the market correction, and now I am taking advantage of the buying opportunities once again..

    My cousin never went to College, she was told by her mom ,my aunt that she needs to go tp College to become successful, without a College degree its impossible to have a high paying job career, well ,she took a 12 month real estate couse ,she has become a milionare for the past 10 years, she onws 5 houses a total worth of 2 million dollars 💸, she drives a 2017 Porsche worth $ $ 60,000 dollars. In order to be financially successful, a College degree is not always necessary.

      The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

    I listened to this podcast while getting ready for work and on my way to work. I couldn't stop listening to it bc of all the gems that were dropped. I have been thinking about was of investing my money or how to spend the money I have without going broke, and now I can say I'm have a better idea of what to do moving forward. I'm like Jaspreet. I have been having my same car for 16 years almost this June and recently decided to get a new car. I didn't want to get paying all the money on getting it fixed. But 16 years of driving the same car and majority of those years, I was free of a car payment and wish I had invested that money, but we live and learn.

      Don't feel bad I went through an assault case and got a settlement which was not much but over 100k anyway I had been pretty poor before then. So, of course I did not invest like I should have but like you I am now trying to invest and learning from my mistakes too. Live and learn you will get there!

    As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become financially stable, I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make over $400k like some people are this season.

    • @LindamartIin
      @LindamartIin 2 місяці тому

      I believe the safest approach is to diversify investments especially under professional; guide. You can mitigate the effects of a market meltdown by diversifying their investments across different asset classes such as stocks, ETFs etc It is important to seek the advice of an expert.

      On the contrary, even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I am a project manager and my personal port-folio of approximately $750k took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect and profit from my port-folio this red season. I’ve made over $350k since then

    This was great. I didn't even know how I got to the Podcast just browsing around UA-cam, I guess the word BROKE in bold letters captured my attention. What he did as a teenager are the things so many teenagers around do just to get a living here in Nigeria but the missing thing are the investment opportunities that we don't have and also don't know. However, one important thing we do no have here is the Minority Mindset. Everybody wants to be like every other wealthy man and do things like they do. So the Majority Mindset is killing us more here.
    There are of course, some businesses people can get engaged in and do better but only with a Minority Mindset. I just hope we all find a way to have it here. One sweet thing is, I have a Minority Mindset and it makes me so comfortable and I love it. I am trying to apply it in my business and I am sure it will be worth the while.
    Thank You once again Erika and @MinorityMindset.

    This was really inspiring. I especially the part where the guy was talking about owning a beat up car that everybody else had a problem with but he the owner, didn't. As he said, he could easily have bought a new car but that was not his priority. The problem with a lot of us today is that we allow "society" to dictate what we like or choose to be ours. I want to do what I like, to hell with other people's opinions of what I like or comfortable with.

    Erika and Jaspreet, thank you both for this excellent video learn so much, just great advice so thank you both for your time and recording this video. I used to be stuck in a ruct doing the same thing over and over
    then I retired I receive more money now than I did in my career. It was so shocking to me I just needed to look at my life differently. I am not a youtuber never have been but watch many UA-cam videos what I discover there two type of action one action make people lives worst while the other action improves people lives and we all need to understand the differences. Again, thank you both so much.

    I’m a pretty new listener to this UA-cam channel but I am really excited to hear more. This is a really beneficial video on developing your mindset towards finance. Some of those things I do already but there’s a lot of things I’m going to try. Really excited about it. Thanks.

    Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly😊
