    Where is the “C4D Shader” Node now ?! It was in Utility, not anymore ????

      It's still in the old shadergraph interface. You need to create a RS Material with the shadergraph. Then create in the new node editor a reference shader that points to the RS shadergraph material to use it. It's really a workaround and it shouldn't last very long before we have a proper replacement for this node.

    do you really feel the current state of the node editor is in a nice place? Having to search nodes in the asset browser and then having to select them and double clicking seems stupid to me. The xpresso node system, with it's own flags, was way more intuitive to use, just shift + c, search and hit enter. I hope you fix this kind of stuff, every update maxon looks more and more designed by people who don't use it at all

      It's becoming easier and easier to work with. I must say, there's still a lot of work to be done to make it really enjoyable, but it's heading the right way. They're (Maxon) aware of the problem and working on it ;)

      @@lionelvicidomini6051 I hope you're right and they are indeed working on it. For me, it's not something I want to use at this stage, I rather keep the xpresso node system

      @@joodood3d You as a Maxon. I went from Standard to ProRender to PBR to RS nodes to Maxon Nodes and now back to standard method... with backwards incompatibility being the norm. I'm 52 and started using C4D back in the mid 90's ... but c'mon... at least provide backward compatibility with materials.
