This video is exactly what I needed. I need to make portable speakers for a costume and I can’t wait for my friends reactions when they find out the speakers work~
People say cardboard sucks but I used some as a test rig and so long as it's rigid enough it sounds pretty decent. You have to try to insulate it in some way though otherwise the highs start to have a little reverberation that you can tell is the cardboard. I'm maxing out 2 channels at 6 watts and it's enough to almost stress the coardboard but not quite, what you are using looks ideal.
The tube on the side of the speaker is typically measured in both length and with on a computer for tuning, and this would be different for every size box and brand speaker unit. That way, the bass will be better.
there's a bit of saturation, may be using li-po batteries help, also, is a very small device, removing the "breathing hole" would help to increace bass a bit (that worked for me :b)
@@margirisalekna941 the speakers would play much more quiet because the ohms/resistance is much higher than the intended range of the speaker. Lets say you have a 4 ohm 30 watt speaker; it would be equivalent to a 2 ohm amplifier output that draws 15 watts, because the resistance is 2 times Less than the intended use, which allows more voltage to pass through, which results in the wattage being cut in half. if you have a speaker rated at 30 watts and 4 ohms you could use an 8ohms amp, it would have to output 60 watts... but if you have a speaker rated at 4ohms 15 watts and it is ran at 4ohms 30 watts, it could damage the actual speaker and even the actual board because the speaker consumes much less of the intended voltage, and the materials and parts that are specifically designed for the speaker, because the parts/voice coil in the part exceeds the max amount of stress it is able to handle, and the left over voltage that the speaker couldn't consume runs through the circuit board damaging many of the parts (Unless for some reason the amp has speaker over-voltage protection.) and its not a fun thing to fix... (Its very challenging) also, the equation for other projects like this is listed below for you... Ex: Speaker range = 2 ohm 30 watt = 4 ohm 15 watt if the original ohm and wattage are greater than the output, original resistance/ohms divided by 2 and original wattage divided 2 = equivalent equation. but if the original ohm and wattage are less than the output, original resistance/ohms multiplied by 2 and original wattage multiplied by 2 = equivalent equation.
You may add LED (as indicator of on/off) in your diy. 2. This Bluetooth cum audio Amplifier has play, pause etc. types functionality so you may add buttons for this. 3. You may crimp JST connector instead soldering speaker and power connection. Otherwise it was good diy of Bluetooth speaker with precisely handling of all soldering, connections and creative work like professional!
bro just look at the price for all stuff we need to pay around 3000 ...i thik i will get decent speakers for around 2000 with bettter quality and with warrenty too then whats the use of this video
awesome speaker bro,. i love your job.. simple and interesting. i hope get many inspiration from your next creations.. because my hobby is make mini bluetooth speaker too.. my last creation is mini bluetooth speaker using pvc material, this is cheap and powerfull too,, keep up spirit to share usefull creation like this..
would it work if I had two speakers that are 10w and 4ohms each with this kind of amplifier? It's a dual channel 6w amplifier, so idk if it's enought to power a 10w speaker.
Nice but what if you drop it you need to add more space to put pieces to make it more structurally sound and it can even make space for you to add more speakers

If that amplifier board is for 6 or 8 ohms, and these speakers are 4 ohms. What could I do?
Nothing, the speakers would play significantly louder, but still safe
