That's what watercraft propellers used to look like back in the day. Not sure why, considering that windmills had been a thing for centuries before propellers were invented, but they did be like that. Maybe it did make sense in the context, dunno.

Prison Architect did both 2 and DLCs. However 2 is not going well internally.
