    I've never been a fan of hobby servo based walking robots, just because of the sheer noise and often jittery motion, but this is probably as good as it gets! You've done a great job!

    • @TheHottrod3000
      @TheHottrod3000 11 місяців тому +1

      The servo motors which he is using are small but possess a lot of torque and induce a shit load of current. It’s def a step above the average hobby servo. If you don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll absolutely fry your board like I did.

    This is very interesting, I was actually designing a quadruped and seeing this i might actually change to a hexapod seeing it has a more stable and a more fluid way of motion compared to quadruped. UA-cam needs more videos about this exact topic, so keep up the good work, you deserve way more subscribers for this.

    • @ddegn
      @ddegn 4 роки тому +1

      Hexapods are cool (especially the one shown in this video) but quadrupeds have an extra creepiness to them.
      Search for Halloween Hex on my channel if you want to see my hexapod. I made it using a cheap parts kit off ebay. I added the LED eyes myself.

    Vc poderia por um sétimo servo, justamente para por ele novamente em posição, quando haver uma queda como acontece nesse vídeo. Um servo com uma haste, quando ele está de ponta cabeça, com o servo com a haste, ao aciona-lá, ele desvira. Já pensou nisso ? E parabéns p/ projeto. Acredito que pra chegar aí, foram muitos cálculos kkkk

    Justamente naquele momento que caiu e ficou inoperante, uma solução ao meu ver "prática" e a de colocar nas juntas das pernas da aranha o sistema de rotação individual, parcial ou total delas.
    Assim a aranha basicamente não vai ter lado. Ambos os lados vão ser o certo. Até porque este protótipo não carrega pessoas dentro dele!
