I bought the Ranvoo aice lite neck fan and tried it out for a week and returned it. GREAT concept, but it did NOT get cold enough to matter very much especially in outdoor 90 degree plus temps. It only goes down to 61 degrees and that's NOT cold enough. Works great indoors with an inside temp of 75 degrees. The cold plates NEED to get down to 45 degrees to make any kind of difference in my opinion!
Shame you didn’t get on with it. BTW, 61 (16 here) is what is considered comfortable and safe and cannot go lower to prevent health issues. It’s the same in most cars and other aircon units.
