Did the OnePlus Nord Camera do enough for you to make you skip the flagship phones or is paying the extra money worth it for camera quality? Which one did you pick?
oneplus nord is a good phone.but I wish that oneplus shoud not give us a macro and a depth camera.if they give higher magapixcel ultra wide and a 5x telephoto camera.it might be.2020 mid range flagship.thank you for replying me.👍👍

Here's what I thought when I commented about midrange devices (midrange based on performance not price). Apple, Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi are the leading companies right now. Flagship performing devices may be the most part of Samsung and Huawei's share; Apple's share are all flagship performing; Xiaomi's a mix with the midrange going a little higher than their flagship performing devices. I'm not sure about all this but it kinda shows that flagship performing devices are still the one at the top. I repeat, I'm not an expert so please educate me.

Thanks for this, i was having second thoughts on ordering the Nord but seeing as it has literally minimal differences in camera quality (atleast not worth 2x the nords price imo) im confident this will be a value buy for me. My main requirements are Software, Battery and Camera so the Nord def fits the bill. And yes, there are "better spec'd" phones out there for the price but OxygenOS has my heart and I dont even play games on my phone so an 800series chipset will not be of much use to me. Basically what im saying is, stop with the Nord hate. It has its market, ME. lol

@@itsjillagain they have cheaped out. OnePlus devices are encryption and the encryption way on premiun devices is different than Nord. Nord is more AOSP while rest are more better optimized. Nord doesn't have OnePlus's Messaging App, Call recorder and much more deep down integrated stuff

I would have to say the Oneplus 8 has the best camera by far. The color blues in the sky are better as ie the greens. Little disappointed that Oneplus hasn't corrected this, 8 pro kinda has that funky green and blues that Samsung devices produce.

I already bought 8 pro. we knew that 8 pro is the best among them as per display colour, IP68, etc in the specs. but somehow it's just lack of selfie camera and recording 4K60fps for only 5 minutes. hope oneplus in next year make more perfect phone. rofl..
I use the OnePlus 8 and after the last camera update from OnePlus it is really got much better, but I have to admit that my phone I got for free from my Company. All three are really god phones, it just depends on your budget.

They all look same to me as a normal user but from an eye of an expert, the whole scenario changes and I'd say that 8pro wins the race. However, Nord is an awesome prospect for those with a tight budget.

Had seen a few other reviews which told that the Nord camera was a compromise but they hadn't explained it in detail whether it's really that bad or not up to the expectation/hype. They're all so close the decision should be easy. Either get the Pro and get the best of everything or get the Nord. There's no reason to get the regular 8 unless you get a deal in it. Of course, I got the 8 🙄.
Honestly i don't get why people upgrade every one year or 2, camera quality has been more or less same in all flagships and upper mid range phones in the last couple of years, with the exception of a few gimmicks like night mode and zoom. Other than that 90 percentage of the people take pictures during daytime, and this comparison just shows you how similar they are. Just use a phone for 5 years, you're not gonna have any issues, after a couple of years you can just replace the battery and if you're a person who's concerned about android versions, root the phone and you're practically done for the next 6 to 7 years
For the price you can't complain, the video is awesome with stability! I'm amazed with Nord, would be great if you compare with Pixel 3 or 3a. Please 🤠
