I loved that old scent. This was my first foundation lol - bought with my own cash. Cover Girl also updated their eyeshadows- I was ready to grab a YSL shadow quad and I went into CVS and saw the CG new lipsticks, and some eyeshadows. Voila! I saw a trio of beige/cream/taupe beige shadows which is perfect!!❤

I remember when my aunt hit pan on her compact. She’d give it to me. One of my earliest scent memories of that Cover Girl. Anytime I get a whiff of that. Reminds me of her. Love this look today. And that lip color is fabulous.
I've been more of a fan of lightweight foundations and tinted moisturizers lately since I usually apply a "heavy" amount of concealer, so this foundation looks like it's right up my alley. Thank you for the honest review, Emily! I love seeing and hearing your kids in the background, too. ❤
I really like this foundation. It wears really well on me, I don’t set it. Definitely a good summer formula for me.

Same here, I just set everything very heavily lol. I quite like a dewy foundation that gets set with a matte powder because it gives you a velvet-y finish!

@emilynoel83 I was just in our Sally's and I was so disappointed. They didn't have hardly any makeup. The salesperson was saying that a lot is online only. I was disappointed but a lot of store are like that now because it's easier to go online.
Sadly the stopped selling this brand in the U.K. I think it's sister brand is maxfactor. Love the video,God bless🤗

If it doesn’t have that Noxema scent I might try it.
I could never use any of those CG powders and foundations because the scent was so bad to me.
I would always get the fragrance free version if it was available.
I have this foundation and I love it. I works very well on my 67yr old face.

I my teens, a lifetime ago, I used Cover Girl occasionally when I had a blemish. Always loved the scent of Noxema and it always dried up any blemish in a day.
Not sure if you've tried them Emily but the CoverGirl trublend high pigment blush in sweet seduction is a GORGEOUS fall blush. Always love your thoroughness, hope you and your family are well 💕

For regular nail polish, the Dazzle Dry system is all I use. It dries in 5 min and lasts 7-14 days, even longer on the toes. I now paint my fingers and toes regularly and love that!

Memories from high school in the 80s of the noxzema smell of the touch up powder in the brown compact. I associate that smell with acne.

Thank you for this! I wore Clean during my high school and college years since it was affordable. I was wondering if this version was just as good. Since my face is combo-oily, the only way I can make ANY foundation last on me is a gripping primer. I'm wondering how good the NYX Face Glue is.

I LOVE the new L'oreal liquid blush. It's lasts all day on me. I am obsessed with Dewy Worth It. So pretty.
I do wish that the brands send sample size foundations or concealers if they are guessing the shades with a voucher for a full size. That way, there is no waste happening.
