We were working on my friends 56 Chevy back in the sixties. His next door neighbor asked us to look an issue with her car. She pulled one of these out of her garage. Imagine our surprise when we saw that dual quad 392 Hemi under the hood. Which they should have shown in the video instead of the host's dual quads.
Well that would have been a great surprise for sure. Sorry you had to see my quads but they’re hard to hide so they’re always on display. The footage of the engine got corrupted and wasn’t able to be added. I will do another video with more detailed video
That really is a beautiful car. People don't realize what it takes when you restore a car. A lot of time and money. I speak from experience. Awesome job Stephanie 😃🙌🙌 Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend 😎
Thanks, wow, great Modern MOPARS…INTERESTINGLY, the Letter Chryslers are real Art Classics, etc..I always had a “ desire “ for at least one 300 Letter Chrysler….( esp one of extreme rarities: Manuel tranny, Actual Indy Pace ,or some of Convertible Editions, ,etc)…..
Sorry but, I live in New Hampshire which is the number one salt user per lane/mile in the United States and this car would NEVER be anywhere NEAR a Christmas parade! Seriously, that is probably one of the most beautiful cars on the planet. 55 -57 Mopars are just the top of the heap!❤️
Nice car 30 years ago My neighbor had a 1957 300C convertible it was turbine bronze white interior I did a lot of work to the car rebuild the motor transmission differential the whole drive line was done it purred like a kitten then they took it to a body shop and had to paint done and interior down at interior shop turned out fantastic cars was rough shape when he bought it if it's six grand for it back in the day it needed the world he spent a little over $80,000 fixing it it was a beautiful car but then he decided to sell it cuz he never saved for retirement he sold it for $41,000 at auction why did he lose big I didn't have no money to buy it but I loved it it was fun to drive it turned out fantastic but it was one of those deals where it was so Rusty only someone insane would restore it well he did it we all worked hard on it he found a windshield NOS in England of all places after it was shipped and installed in the dust settled the windshield was a $2,000 windshield that was back then that's insane have a great day I'll keep watching I'm a old time where I can't build or race cars anymore have a great day
They also had a "NASCAR" version of this car, as an option. More power, and a manual transmission, "3 on the tree".. Really hairy cam in it, so it could not run an automatic trans. I was a very young child when this car was built, and in all of the years since then, I have seen exactly *ONE* NASCAR 300C, and it was a convertible to boot. Talk about rare. There were only 484 300C convertibles built, and how many might have had the NASCAR engine? It was a very well worn original car at that time (late 1980s), parade green. They all had the beige interior, as seen on this car. It was the only interior available on the 300. They did not mention it here, but that is a full leather interior, standard on the 300.
Well I dress the way I do and I don’t need another dad. If you don’t like me you can go watch the million other people on UA-cam instead of being disrespectful
Your dress and that car are INCREDIBLE.. great upload
Thank you 🤗

1957 Chrysler 300C reminds me of Jay Leno’s Chrysler 30OD.
I’ve only seen a few in person and they’re gorgeous
My older brother had one. His kids called it the Bat mobile. His wife was scared of it. Made him get rid of it.
'57 300 was GRAND car!!
👍🏻
In 1976 a nerd brought one to school and did a burnout all the way across the parking lot. Everyone was impressed.
Wasn’t so nerdy after all lol 😂
Nice car; nice woman. Oh yeah. Uh, I'll take both, thank you.
Thank you! Yes the car is gorgeous

Would be better without the powder puff subtitles. Or any subtitles. And put proper clothes on.
