Hi Roland, I did not have anything to garnish it with when I filmed. But you could use an orange wedge/slice and a cocktail cherry if you have some handy.

I think you could have taken out the extra step by pouring the cocktail in first and then the grenadine. It would have sunk just as well and you wouldn't have had to risk a mess by agitating the bottom.

For this is I would use the Beefeater. the Tanqueray is more floral. But it will work as well depending on you preference for gin.
