Hi Yasmin, for a new practitioner I would recommend something soft like Lumifil or Volifil, if you want to use a premium brand I like Teosyal or Restylane. I personally don’t like Juvederm at all as I’ve seen a lot of migration and late onset issues with this brand. I hope that helps x
