🙂 to avoid this from every happening go to your Sign In Options and turn everything off, that way if ur motherboard gets messed up and the security stuff on the motherboard has to reset and be erased you wont have to worry about Windows complaining that the security stuff on the motherboard does not match the security stuff in Windows. Bro you’re the best man I’ve been having this problem since 3 months ago and everytime it showed up i have to wait like 2 hours and having the pc on, ty man you’re the best.
Guys whoever is getting error while saving msoftware file, here's the solution, when you go to load hive check the partition latter mine C drive got converted into D so the C partition size was lot smaller and The D was the actual size of C so check the drive and then same process, it will fix it 1000000 %
I got the same error, the way is do not load the software directly when it pop up, select the software from the windows then system32 just like the video.
Ensure you are selecting the file from the system32 folder inside your C:/ drive (or whichever disk on which you installed windows). By default, it opens a system32 folder but belongs to the Windows Safe mode your are in. I got the same error and noticed the folder opened by default was in disk X instead of C. Once I picked the file from my windows installation (on C:/ drive) it was able to do the procedure and worked perfectly.
This error happened to me after trying to boot in safe mode to fix my graphics drivers. Not sure why booting in safe mode would break it like this. But it did. I ended up doing a clean install to fix it. Wish i knew this method at the time. LOL.
In your case, hold down the power button until the laptop shuts down. Start the laptop again, once HP logo appears and the little loading circle at the bottom holds the power button till it shuts down, do the same procedure until the message "preparing automatic repair" appears

This is happening to me everytime I use amd cleanup utility. I uploaded Windows from 0 over again and again but didn't help. Anyone can help me?? Also video doesn't work for me
For me when a similar issue happened after resizing the partition where i couldn't log in on my 2011 iMac, i couldn't use any methods from the startup troubleshooter repair options. Every option i tried from resetting PC, system restore, repair startup, all asked for a password. Which it wouldn’t accept. I managed to fix it by booting up my new Linux partition install that originally triggered the partition resize, finding the System32 folder (usually located in the Windows folder in the C drive of your Windows install) in the broken Windows Bootcamp partition, and renaming a couple of files to a different name. I believe the two files were called Utilman and CMD. Initially i got this idea to swap those file names to make it so the accessibility options at the login screen would instead open up the terminal from some advice on an internet search to get around the password requirement, so i could access the terminal and enter the command to hopefully fix it. But instead after restarting from tampering with those files under Linux, it actually triggered Windows 10 to repair itself after a restart, and after that i could log in again. So didn't have to go in to the terminal in the end. So Linux saves a Windows user again lol. But yeah, i can only assume the partition resize from the Linux install must have corrupted something. If similar issues happens to anyone else, booting in to any live Linux distro (i used Fedora) should let you access the Windows/System32 folder if anyone wishes to try the same. Just renaming these files in System32 to anything else will also probably do the trick and trigger a repair. The worst that could happen is you’ll just have to backup your important files that are on Windows with the live Linux distro and do a Windows reinstall if you still want to use Windows if any of these methods fails to work at all.
Mine just shows "Sign In", not even show me the ENTER YOU PIN message, it wont respond to clicks and nothing helps (cant go into safe mod unplugged / reset does nothing).
