Sir after enabling safe mode, sign in option showed but password gets entered automatically and again the same issue. I don't even typed anything still password is getting entered on its own 😭😭 plzz help
Hello @preetigupta8623, this happens when autologin is setup and you are using Windows Hello. When you will get into your system disable all Hello login methods including PIN, and enable it again if you needed. For now, when you restart you system while pressing shift key, go to "troubleshoot" then "Advanced Options" and here click on "Command Prompt" in the new window click on blinking cursor and type " netplwiz " a popup will open Note. the options may differ depends on you system. 1 - select your user, if the "user must enter a username and password to use this computer" box is NOT checked, please check it , click Apply. Close and restart hopefully it will allow you to add your password, if not restart command prompt again, and follow; 2 - select your user, if the "user must enter a username and password to use this computer" box is NOT checked, p lease check it , click Apply. Then uncheck the box and click Apply. This will bring up a pop up window. On this pop up window, this is where most mistakes happen. Very important, erase the username that's prefilled. Username should be your entire email address for your Microsoft account. Password is your Microsoft account's password. Any typo here can prevent it from working. Then click OK. And back to the netplwiz page, click OK. Restart the computer now. It should hopefully signing you in automatically with the correct password. It won't prompt you for PIN though. I hope this will help, keep me posted
Hello @ccmathiassen, Resetting PIN is as good as changing your password, it should not erase any data BUT chances are after changing PIN you may need to log into the service or apps you have signed in using system credentials with current PIN.
Hello @khajaziauddinahmed5703, Well I see that you are trying to rename utilman.exe on one of my other video, if you have renamed it successfully, then try this easy solution for your problem. >> On the lock screen, click the Accessibility icon, the Command Prompt will open, type there : msconfig system configuration pop will show up, in the general TAB (startup selection ) select "Normal Startup" and click OK, then restart and hopefully you able to login. After logging in, run the Command Prompt and type : sfc /scannow to restore the original utilman.exe file.
Hello @suparnagosh854 in that case "Use Hard Reboot" to start your system in recovery mode. Step 1: Force shut down your PC by holding down the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Step 2: Turn on your PC and press the power button to shutdown before the Windows logo appears, most probably after 3rd restart your system will load recovery mode. Best of luck, keep me posted!

@@mohamedbakkour9200 Well Don't Mix this up with "Reset this PC" "System Restore" is safe, if this feature is enabled and the system has undergone changes such as software installations, driver updates, or other system modifications, it creates a system restore points. Hello @RSGameraTech, looks like advance options are disabled in your system, you may need to create a bootable USB to get to the recovery environment. you can create this media from any other working Windows PC or download "windows installation media" from Microsoft's website، then boot from that USB and access the recovery environment.

Hello @JERRY_H4X_ It spouse to be password/PIN which you have kept to login to Windows. If that doesn't work, input the password of your Microsoft account. (I hope you don't have bitlocker encryption on) if that also don't work, Another option is to use a bootable USB, to use command prompt without need a user. 1-Create a USB device with an installation image. (You can create using the media creation tool, by downloading from Microsoft website) 2-go to BIOS/UEFI and change to boot from the USB device. 3-On installation screen click on "Repair your pc" on the left bottom (Can vary by Windows Ver) 4-Click on "Troubleshoot" then the Advanced Options page will appear. 5-Click on "Command Prompt".
Hello @emmanuelojooluwatobiloba7571sorry to hear about your troule, I suggest, remove any additional USB device connected to your system, and hope it works! Now you must be wondering why? the answer is; It looks like you have BitLocker encryption ON and BitLocker monitors the computer for changes to the boot configuration. When BitLocker sees a new device in the boot list or an attached external storage device, it prompts you for the key for security reasons. This is normal behavior. CATUTION!! If you do not have a working recovery key for the BitLocker prompt, you are unable to access the computer.
@@RightSolutionsThank you sir. I Don't know much about BitLocker and I don't know if is on or not. Let me just explain all the scenario to you. I attempted to sign in to my Microsoft account on my PC. Shortly after, I put my PC into hibernation mode. When I tried to use my PC again a few minutes later, I was unable to log in. On the screen, I saw my Microsoft account name and profile picture, followed by a 'Sign in' button, but there was no space to enter my password or PIN. Use "system Restore" to previously known working state. 3. "uninstall updates" lets start with "Start up" Part A) Perform a hard reset, and here is HOW to do it, follow these steps. 1. disconnect all devices from your PC/laptop. 2. unplug Your PC from the wall plug, in case if its laptop remove the battery (if its removeable) 3. Hold down the POWER button for 15 seconds 4. Plug in to wall power (insert battery) and restart. if no luck follow the next step Part B) 1. Continue to hold down the shift key until the windows sky-blue screen comes up with some options (options will depend on your windows 10, or 11) 4. Look for "Troubleshoot" (may say "reset your pc or see advance options) IF Windows 10 Click Advanced options, Click Startup Settings, Click Restart Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode, wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode. try to Log in, if you logged in simply restart your PC and problem solved, Windows 11 may have different options Click "Troubleshoot" on next screen click "Startup repair" and follow the instruction from above. if Startup repair did not work, then you have the options on the last screen here to choose "system Restore" and/or "uninstall updates" I hope this should solve you trouble, keep us posted. For instance, you can create windows recovery media from any other pc and work it out, and remember when you are booting pc in “Advanced Option” and/or “Trouble Shoot” its possible your system changed original drive letters, so try drive letters E F X etc... and if you find your Windows Directory, there you are! (If you need to create “Recovery USB Drive” I have placed a link in this videos description). @@Abhishek_bro94 It looks like you have NVMe M.2 ssd, if yes, older motherboard has some driver’s issue with NVMe SSDs these do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. If you have any spare M.2 slot in your system, move your ssd in that slot and try starting up with windows 10 bootable usb as it has its own NVME driver built in. Hopefully it should work, if not there is a lengthy procedure to make some changings to your BIOS, I don’t know how I can guide you there. In case you want to go an extra mile, go and reset bios to factory defaults by removing the motherboard battery or using jumper method, (DO IT ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE ABOUT IT)

For now,
when you restart you system while pressing shift key, go to "troubleshoot" then "Advanced Options" and here click on "Command Prompt" in the new window click on blinking cursor and type " netplwiz " a popup will open
Note. the options may differ depends on you system.
1 - select your user, if the "user must enter a username and password to use this computer" box is NOT checked, please check it , click Apply. Close and restart hopefully it will allow you to add your password, if not restart command prompt again, and follow;
2 - select your user, if the "user must enter a username and password to use this computer" box is NOT checked, p lease check it , click Apply.

1. Try to repair "Start up"
2. Use "system Restore" to previously known working state.
3. "uninstall updates"
lets start with "Start up" Part A)
Perform a hard reset, and here is HOW to do it, follow these steps.
1. disconnect all devices from your PC/laptop.
2. unplug Your PC from the wall plug, in case if its laptop remove the battery (if its removeable)
3. Hold down the POWER button for 15 seconds
4. Plug in to wall power (insert battery) and restart.
if no luck follow the next step Part B)
1. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard before clicking the Power button on the screen.
2. Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
3. Continue to hold down the shift key until the windows sky-blue screen comes up with some options (options will depend on your windows 10, or 11)
Thanks for sharing, Cheers

You can create this media from any other working Windows PC or download "windows installation media" from Microsoft's website، then boot from that USB and access the recovery environment. Best of Luck!
@@RightSolutions ok thanks i already wait fot 2 hours while pressing 1 button so my laptop didn’t turn off
@@bayutrisusilo7597 woo!! sorry, you should have mentioned that you are stuck at 2 hours wait window, you don't need to wait for 2 hours, I hope you are already signed-in, if not, I have uploaded a video specifically for that, The title of that video is "How to fix "This sign-in option is disabled" on windows 11/10", I've placed the link in this video's description. keep me posted!
I tried safe mode and it says pin not availabe still. Windows 10
Hello @ToiletGold sorry to hear about you trouble, if you have logged in with Microsoft Account, go to Microsoft website and chose "Forgot Password" to reset your password. you should be able to sign in to system with new Password.
and if you by chance have local sign-in, then folloe these instructions below;
>> you already know how to get to Troubleshoot >> select "Advance options" >> then
>> select "Command Prompt"
>> on that blinking cursor type C: (hit enter after every new command, don't add extra or less space)
>> cd Windows
>> cd ServiceProfiles
>> cd LocalService
>> cd AppData
>> cd Local
>> cd Microsoft
>> ren NGC NGC1
>> exit
when you get to the sign-in screen, enter new password (any password),
I hope it will solve your problem, keep me posted, cheers

Hello @nilllufarrahmann sorry to hear that, recently I have published another video with title "How to Reset Windows 11 Password without Data Loss" I think that should help you out, for your convenience I have just add the link to that video this video discerption. Best of luck!
I dont have the advanced options for troubleshoot
Hello @AdrijusNov thanks for sharing your problem, I believe you are using windows 10, and even in Windows 11, some cases "Advance Options" are disabled, you can use windows 10 or 11 bootable USB to reach this screen and then follow the solutions 2 or 3. (you can download windows media creation tool from Microsoft's website, of course you need another working PC) good luck
When i enter my email password its show wrong pasword
Hello @pawarjigaming2.0 Sorry, I didn't quite understand where are you trying enring your email password, your email password will not work here, if you are trying to sign-in to Microsoft account, you need email address as user login(name) and a password you set for Microsoft account. Find correct password for Microsoft account, if forgotten, go to Microsoft login page in your browser and reset, BUT make sure you have the access to the email you have registered your account with otherwise you will not be able to get the verification email or code! Best of luck
Am using lenovo ideapad 110-15ibr but no advanced option in troubleshoot
Hello @rowelfidel4641 it looks like advance options are disabled in your system, you may need to create "windows installation media" by downloading image from Microsoft's website to get to the recovery environment

about saving your files and other data, there is a way to create a local user account with the admin's privileges, with this account you will have access to all the data in your pc and you can copy this to any folder or portable drive, if above did not work for you then i will guide you to create that local administrator account.
To me he says that there was a problem with the pin blah blah blah

@@RightSolutions edit:
Not only first but all were same!
My c and d drive is hide
Hello @Abhishek_bro94 if drive D is hidden, its not a big trouble but if you say that drive C is also missing then it may be that the C drive is hidden or there is an abnormality in the virus or disk partition table on your system. You need to detect and repair the disk.
I need to know if you can enter the system desktop and the system is running normally, because if you are unable to enter the system then there are different approaches to address this problem. So please give me some more details so I could suggest you the relevant solution!

@@Abhishek_bro94 Don't worry, it will take few tries but your pc will work, its not easy to analyze and provide prompt solutions but we will work it out, if your hard disk not crashed there are a lot options to it get to work. But first I suggest you to try another video, the video title is " How to Reset Forgotten Windows 11 Password". Link is in this video’s description, please check it out and keep me posted.

I decide to run window in pendrive as live window...after I boot pc

Can u tell me what happened my SSD
@@Abhishek_bro94 It looks like you have NVMe M.2 ssd, if yes, older motherboard has some driver’s issue with NVMe SSDs these do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. If you have any spare M.2 slot in your system, move your ssd in that slot and try starting up with windows 10 bootable usb as it has its own NVME driver built in. Hopefully it should work, if not there is a lengthy procedure to make some changings to your BIOS, I don’t know how I can guide you there.
In case you want to go an extra mile, go and reset bios to factory defaults by removing the motherboard battery or using jumper method, (DO IT ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE ABOUT IT)
I cant enter safe mode because sign in option disable... I cant reset my pin as well thats why i came to this video..... I tried leaving it on for 2 hours and its still showing that
Hello @nafisahfirzana7975 I hope you were able to enter your system if not, I will suggest 2 different solutions,
I’ve placed the links of both videos in the description of this video, check the one matches your situation.
1) For local Sign-in account only: its possible to change your PIN/Password. To do that, follow the video with title “Reset Windows 11 Forgotten or Lost password for Local Sign-in Without Losing Data”
b) For Microsoft signed-in account and/or for forgotten sign in PIN or Password, follow video with the title: “How to sign-in IF "This sign-in option is disabled" or "Forgot PIN" is NOT showing”
I am sure one of these will help. Keep me posted. Best of luck🤞
