Thank you! Just bought the whitevision 3700 for my kia optima 2014. I was in doubt between the silverstar ultra and the whitevision, but after watching at least 6 videos from your channel, I made my decision! And I just subscribed too because you deserve it! Thank you again!
Thank you so much! I wish you to have the best visibility on the roads with them and to last you as long as possible! thank you as well for the kind words, appreciation and support! I am honored.
Just ordered my first pair of White Visions 3700K, both for low beam and parking lights (plan to upgrade the high beams in the future as well). Can't wait for them to arrive now, hope I'll remember to come back and leave some feedback! Thank you for all the work you put in for us so we don't have to waste our money trying all the models on the market :)
La mine problema e in felul urmator.Am o skoda fabia 1,an 2003,si in faruri am niste becuri Philips( +30 more vision) scrie pe cutie. Intrebarea e ,daca mi as punea acest Philips White Vision,as putea sa am noaptea cumva probleme cu politia in cazul in care m ar opri?
Pe cutie apare indicativul ,, up to 450h,, . Acum ramane de vazut in aceasta privinta.

Just ordered myself a pair of WhiteVision 3700K! I will update you as said earlier about how they look on the SAAB. I was very lucky as I found a goldmine of an online carpart store here in Sweden, for a very reasonable price of about 330 crowns (around $33), so for the lifetime it sounds quite worth it!
The price is a bit high for what they used to be sold at, but the inflation is everywhere now. I hope they will truly be WhiteVision and not WhiteVision Ultra, that's all.
@@m3rovingian Yeah one can hope, they do have a year return option so that’s nice. Although late now, would you still say that they are worth that price?

Hi Sir, was just watching your video from a few years ago and seen you recently posted this. I am thinking of replacing the normal halogen bulbs with the White Vision H7 bulbs but have a few questions ; As I plan on installing on a car that is quite old, would this cause any problems with the electricals or would it be the same as putting any bulbs? Also compared to a normal Halogen is the lifespan drastically lower? Thanks in advance and keep up with the good videos!
Hello. You will not have any electrical problems at all. So install them without any worries. In normal use condition they can go up to 2 years. ALl halogens need replacement after that, even if they are not burned out. They decrease in brightness over time
My experience: H7 white vision (not Ultra) lasted about 400/480 Hours (reported) before one broke, I definitely rebuy them when available on Amazon ! I agree with you
I am glad and honored to know that. Indeed they are very resilient. If the prices weren't so high in my country, I would buy them also to have a back-up.
@@m3rovingian Hi my friend, I tell you my new experience: I ordered last week from AmazonItalia normal White Vision because they suddenly became available sold and shipped by them again at a good price. Today arrived but with surprise they shipped White Vision Ultra 4200k (I think normal aren't produced anymore and they want only to sell these in production with this trick). I'll give them back immediately. What I have to buy now? I loved that white colour but I'm foced to move to something else... I put white style and good visibility at first place, this time I don't care about longevity of bulb. If you can advise me I'll appreciate very much!
@@simoneb9070 Sorry to hear that. So I guess they start to do the same trick as here in Romania... Get Philips RacingVision GT200, but I tell you they will not be white. They can't be in order to offer a good visibility, but I can assure you will have a wonderful time driving without worrying you might hit something. RacingVision GT200 are my 2nd choice after WhiteVision 3700k.
@@simoneb9070 It's a similar price here also. Some of my friends here already went through the same experience you did. I advised them to send the WhiteVision Ultra back. I really hope you'll like RacingVision. Other better alternative isn't out there. If you want pure white light and xenon visibility you can get it from the ACUMA 2022 Nova-S LED +600% 6500k. But I know you can't use them on the roads in Italy.
I've been watching your videos, very informative, thanks for taking the time to do this, and I finally decided to follow your advice and buy the White Vision bulbs but the problem I found now is that these WV bulbs are not available where I live, are there any other good bulbs you recommend? Are the WV same as the Crystal Vision bulbs? Tnx!
CrystalVision are not the same thing as WV and I recommend you avoid those because they are also very dim, because of that blue coating. I would go for another Philips halogen in that case, like RacingVision, but the issue is on H7 fitting they burn after 6 months.
Hi!!!! what is the coolest, whitest light with a bluish hue on h7 between Osram and Phillips? and that it illuminates more. I don't know which one to choose ... it's for a 2018 ds4 crossback. Thank you!!!
Multumesc mult!
Thank you for comparison. So the different only life span? Ultra shorter than the old one? Does the brightness worth to sacrifice life span on the ultra?
200 h vs 450 h. The light color and brightness is worth switching to Ultra as long as they don't burn after 6 months or less than 1 year. If they pass the 1 year mark I consider them acceptable. If not then WhiteVision will still be the way to go.
Compliments. One question: for my car, Ford Kuga 2017 with lenticular headlight, which bulb do you recommend for low beam? Philips, Osram or something else? Thanks a lot.

Daca poti accepta asta iti vor placea foarte mult. te vor tine vreo 2 ani.
Not sure if you can help but I just got a pair of the WhiteVison 3700k and I installed them and yet they still seem quite yellow, not as white/blue as advertised or shown in this video. Am I supposed to do something else?
I understand you. You had too much expectations from a halogen. it's just the way they are, you can't do anything else. No good halogen can't have the pure white light of a xenon. Al the bulbs that are pure white as halogens are very dim and unsafe to drive with.

Tin vreo 2 ani in conditii normale de utilizare. Numai bine!
None of them is pure white. if you want xenon pure white and good visibility there is no halogen on the market that can offer it. Get WhiteVision 3700k and accept the trade off. I would get always WV for the better light, colder than standard and the 2 years lifespan.

I change bulbs every 3 months because I drive every day on average about 300 km with my car.I drived 12 cars in 15 years time. After so many bulbs in all weather condition my choice is still Osram Night Breaker Laser Next Generation(150+),but I will try the new one called Osram Night Breaker Laser 200.Osram's Night Breaker line bulbs doesn't last long but I change them every 3 months so I don't care whatsoever..And yes,I had Philips WhiteVision and many other halogen bulbs but I am not impressed.Xenon,HID,LED are way better but expensive..and talking about halogen light I will stick to Osram NB line because they are very bright and moderate white giving you very safe feeling.Very strong bulbs.
Feel free to buy whatever you think it's best. Changing a product every 3 months is out of the discution from my POV. Also Philips will always be above Osram in terms of quality and light projection, even if Osram managed now to make the brightest halogen, the NB 200. If you were not impressed with WhiteVision by comparing them with Xenons or LEDs, the thing would be the same if you'd put Osram against those type of lights. But again feel free to get what you want. The Lasers again are too expensive for what they have to offer and the lifespan is really bad.
@@m3rovingian No,maybe I put it wrong..I am not comparing White Vision to Xenon or Leds, but with other halogen bulbs.Litlte bit shorter lifespan is not a problem,my lights are anyway always on due to bad weather and lot of driving thats why I want to try Philips Racing Vision and Osram NB200 also.Great things in life doesn't last long..And speaking of quality,Philips is not anymore above Osram, last years Osram even managed to pass Philips on stock market, with revenue growt of +8% to -2% of Philips.Philips was big in old traditional times of standard, not industrial light production, brand name that everybody knew and now struggles to keep up,changing name to Signify now.Its not even Philips anymore,so to speak.I drive almost daily among old and new Philips buildings and football stadium in Eindhoven.Keep up,thums up,great job!
@@pitchwisepitchkers4612 I understand. Now it all comes down to what you like. As long as you are pleased with the halogen you buy it's all that matters. I've seen that u say the normal WV 3700K is better than WVU 4200K on wet roads, but is the difference thaaat high ? Or can you tell that the WVU 4200K ist still better than normal bulbs on a wet road ? The WVU seems the best choice for me when it comes to the style-factor, but i dont wanna lose a lot of sight against the original bulbs of my car. I hope you can help me out ! :-)
Stay away from WVU. Trust me no halogen will match the LEDs unless you get som very bad 5000k ones. WV 3700k are the best halogens and they light up great. WVU have like 1100 lumens and they are less bright than a standard bulb. On rain you'll realize they are not worth buying.
@@m3rovingian is there maybe a legal bulb from a other brand, what have more than 3700k and have a better brightness than WVU ? I maybe take the Osram Cool Blue Intense 4200k for the H8 (Fog/Curve Light) that match closest to the LED i think. And for the H7 High-Beam i would take the normal WV 3700k. But on H7 Low-Beam i really want the best white effect, that is legaly possible and there is a big question mark now, what i gonna take for it.😛
@@JuelzAllegro The answer is no :). I would not go for Osram either. it's the same thing on rain at 4200k, plus they have a lesser build quality. If you want pure white there's no other option than to install the HIKARI LEDs
@@m3rovingian hmm i dont know. yesterday i've seen the bulbs from a friend of mine and he got ''just'' ~5000k ones. It was not blue, but looked extrem white with a little blue in the evening. We've done a comparison with my standard and it was a super huge difference !! Sure his bulbs are illegaly, but this is a other thing and his ''problem'' 😂 But for me i wanna go legal, cause i got a brand new car and i dont wanna risk to lose it. I think i will try out : Fog/Curve = Osram CBI 4200k Low Beam = WVU 4200k High Beam = WV 3700k I can let you know, if this is the right decision and a cool combination if you want to :-) And thanks a lot for the answers !
Hi I have 2 version of Philips White Vision. One is ‘4300k Maximum white light’ and other is ‘Intense white xenon effect’. So which one is better? I’ll use it for HB3 high beam only.
The Maximum white light is the Chinese version. I don't know if they are original or fake though :) The Intense white xenon effect is the one I reviewed, as you can see in the video.
hi again :-) I can´t decide which of these 2 to take is there a big difference in white color between WV and WV ultra? can the human eye at all see the difference that the bulb is colder? I want to buy a colder bulb but if there is no big difference in the cold better take the wv for lifespam
The difference is there. WVU is colder and you will be able to see it, but the lack of brightness especially on rain or wet dark roads is not worth it. i would still go for WhiteVision 3700k. The only reason I still keep the WVU at this point is to see how much they will last. WV 3700k will last up to 2 years. They are still my favorite.
Hey how long does it usually take for the WhiteVision to lower in brightness after use? I don't want to wait until they burn out to get whitevision ultra. I want to buy them as soon as whitevision bulbs start to lower in light output even by the slightest bit.
@@m3rovingian so... white vision is the choice i think... i was also thinking about bosch ultra white 4200k but i can't find any test about it. I need h7 and h1 gor long beams. What would you reccomend for h1? And what do you think about bosch ultra white if anything at all? ;)
More white is CrystalVision but they are very bad. The best halogen i would still buy is Whitevision. just don't expect white light and you will not be disappointed. If you want xenon light get the HIKARI Ultra 6000k LED kit.
In fine, macar arata uniform.
Hei Lucasz! Nice to hear from you again. I would keep those WhiteVision. I think till this day they are the best option. You won't find any other halogens with the same cool look and good visibility. they were so good Philips decided to stop producing them because it hurt their sales on the other halogen lines.
Hello. Yes I know, but it is not a new version. it's just the same product in a new package, similar to the one of XtremeVision PRO150 and RacingVision GT200. That's all there is to it.
Ok, I’m gonna get the White Vision 4300k H4 & H1 (for my fog lights). White Vision’s durability seems to be better then the average. Have you ever tried with Flösser Lights?

@@mcbadass6180 Well if you have money to spend you can get the same WHiteVision but they are really expensive on H11. They will be almost as much as the HIKARI 9600lm LEDs, which are 3 times better
It's impossible to sync the videos since I drove at different speeds on that mountain road with a lot of turns. Also the traffic has increased over the time. But I can assure you the WhiteVision Ultra are not worth buying. They are bad on wet road and rain. In my new road tests I start to drive on a long straight road, that allows me to drive at a higher speed. Hope the inconvenience from this video will go away.
Salut .
Hello, but in teori the ultra one have more Kelvin which means more cold blueish light? I mean why would u recommend the 3700k over the 4200k? Wish you the best!:)
Nice video as usual. Are you going to review the PIAA XtremeWhite Plus soon? They are really expensive but they have good feedback. I don't know whether to go for those or for CrystalVision Ultra (I don't mind sacrificing a little bit of brightness). Thanks!

Hi, after careful evaluations, also following your videos, I have come to the conclusion that I will choose the White Vision 3700K H7 and the Extreme Vision Plus H1 for my Punto 188. currently I have Re-switched to Philips Vision +30%, mounted by electrician about three and a half years ago, after spending about a year and a half with XTec Riatecs (combined with t10 led positions, also by Riatec) Superwhite, pure white in the headlight parabola looking from a long distance, pale yellow close up, light on the ground white-yellowish, but with a broken light cut in the right headlight, serrated and strange on the edges and with an evident shadow cone in the left one. Just enough depth and brightness, especially under the LED street lamps of my country. withdrawing the car from the mechanic for a trivial change of glow plugs, I saw that the driver's side lamp did not turn on anymore, the response of my electrician was that the bulbs were fake. the filament hadn't even burned, I saw a deep burn groove on a pin, throw away now. the + 30% are very yellow but have a powerful, very deep beam and a very clean and well designed cut, they really give satisfaction. Will White Vision give me the same satisfaction as Vision + 30%? Is it worth buying the Extreme Vision H1, considering that the same Superwhite Xtecs I have on the high beams, while fully efficient, have just enough brightness? Greetings from Italy! :)
Hi. Sorry to hear your misfortune. Indeed the fake bulbs are a waste of money. If you'll buy WhiteVision 3700k you'll never look back to anything else in the halogen line, trust me. they are even better than RacingVision.
it depends on the stocks your sellers have. They're still available in my country, but yeah, Philips stopped the production of them because a good bulb is apparently bad business :)
Hi. In Grand Scenic from 2017 I have Philips Xtreme Vision + 130% installed. Can you write if the WV 3700k gives a much whiter light than the XV ones installed at my place? I am wondering about the change, but I do not know if now or how the XV will burn out. Congratulations on great movies and best regards from Poland.
@@m3rovingian thanks for the very quick reply. Of course, I do not expect the xenon effect, but I would like to have a whiter light without compromising safety. @@m3rovingian Hello. WV 3700 founded, I was thinking about WVU, but opinions about poor visibility in rain discouraged me. You can see a yellow glow when looking at the lights, but they are much whiter than Xtreme Vision 130%. Even though it is wet today, they shine better than I expected. I am curious how they will shine on dry asphalt. As you wrote for the xenon effect, they are a bit lacking, but I am very happy, comparing with the Octavia 2015 with xenon, you cannot see so much difference. The best thing about them is the wide light that they emit and do not blind the cars on the opposite side. You just got another subscriber and like and I will share your channel with all my friends! Thx a bunch in advance! J.
Hi. It should be x2 times better. All the 5000k halogens are very bad. Like 900 lumen vs 1500 lumen. I restored my headlights at the best car service that does this in my town. Salut!
From my screen it's really hard to tell the difference. I personally went for White Vision, (literally put them on today) I'm not fond of changing them 2x year

Hope you'll like them.
Looking forward to your message after the install.

La mine problema e in felul urmator.Am o skoda fabia 1,an 2003,si in faruri am niste becuri Philips( +30 more vision) scrie pe cutie. Intrebarea e ,daca mi as punea acest Philips White Vision,as putea sa am noaptea cumva probleme cu politia in cazul in care m ar opri?

Pe cutie apare indicativul ,, up to 450h,, . Acum ramane de vazut in aceasta privinta.

Hi Sir, was just watching your video from a few years ago and seen you recently posted this. I am thinking of replacing the normal halogen bulbs with the White Vision H7 bulbs but have a few questions ;
As I plan on installing on a car that is quite old, would this cause any problems with the electricals or would it be the same as putting any bulbs?
Also compared to a normal Halogen is the lifespan drastically lower?
Thanks in advance and keep up with the good videos!
Hello.
You will not have any electrical problems at all. So install them without any worries.
In normal use condition they can go up to 2 years. ALl halogens need replacement after that, even if they are not burned out. They decrease in brightness over time
Between racing vision and whitevision, which one do you suggest? Thank you!
WhiteVision 3700k for better visibility and longer lifespan. Trust me.

@@simoneb9070 It's a similar price here also. Some of my friends here already went through the same experience you did. I advised them to send the WhiteVision Ultra back.
There isn't any halogen that was invented yet to offer what you want.

Tin vreo 2 ani in conditii normale de utilizare.
Numai bine!
@@DRE93___ it has signs of yellowish light because otherwise they would be dim, as I mentioned. pure white light in halogens if very dim on the road, due to the strong blue glass coating. Anyway WV is "whiter" than a standard bulb.
Hows the WhiteVision Ultra 4200k doing for you now? I'm stuck between these 2 but favouring the Ultra over the normal one
WVU is just a bit colder but dimmer on the road, especially on wet road. I still prefer WhiteVision 3700k for all the fittings.

@@jfernandovi Philips RacingVision GT200 would be my 2nd choice. I have a friend who uses the older RacingVision +150% for 3 years now. It depends on what type of roads you drive. The vibrations will decrease their life significantly, especially on H7.

If you can use LEDs I would go for HIKARI ones. even the 9600lm are outstanding. if you want halogens, then go for WHiteVision 3700k
m3rovingian So Whitevision 3700k for both dipped and high beam?
I try to present all of them as objective as possible but when it comes to the money spent I must admit I say what I would do, from my perspective.
I've seen that u say the normal WV 3700K is better than WVU 4200K on wet roads, but is the difference thaaat high ?
Or can you tell that the WVU 4200K ist still better than normal bulbs on a wet road ?
I drive a VW Polo Beats 2019 and i want a rly nice looking light, what matches a bit better with the LED daylights, than the original ones.

But for me i wanna go legal, cause i got a brand new car and i dont wanna risk to lose it.
I think i will try out :
Fog/Curve = Osram CBI 4200k

The difference is there. WVU is colder and you will be able to see it, but the lack of brightness especially on rain or wet dark roads is not worth it. i would still go for WhiteVision 3700k.

Eu am facut asa:
Faza scurta cu lupa - Inlocuit halogen cu LED 4300k
Faza lunga - Philips WhiteVision Ultra 4200k
Proiectoare ceata - Philips WhiteVision Ultra 4200k

Yes, WV will be colder and will offer you a better feeling of visibility. Just don't expect pure white xenon light.
All the best!
@@m3rovingian thanks for the very quick reply. Of course, I do not expect the xenon effect, but I would like to have a whiter light without compromising safety. For me, Grand Scenic with h7 lamps looks a bit like a model with yellow teeth, but when you buy a used car you can't have everything, the most important thing is a good cars.
@@padretom Then you will like WhiteVision for sure. They are my favorite and will make your car more stylish ;)
As of today, he is staying with WV 3700 :) Thank you for the advice and I wish you all the best.
@@padretom I am honored to hear that. May you use them as much as possible and have the best visibility on the road. On dry asphalt you'll be able to drive with 160km/h without a problem. Merry Christmas to you!
Hi! I try to find a bulb with whiter color and also with great brightness because i want to see in the dark. Now i have osram cool blue 4000k, and i want something like that, but brighter. What kind of bulb could you recommend me please? Thanks!
The ACUMA Nova-S 20000 lumen LED or any other HIKARI LED. Otherwise you will not get good visibility with a white color halogen.
@@m3rovingian due to EU regulations, we cannot have LED lights. I hope that Osrams half-legal LED lights will get approval in the EU globally. Also what type of halogen would you recommend then, preferably whiter than normal. I saw your vid from the Osram Laser and +200 also, but I cannot decide.
Thanks!😊
@@patrikilea Get whichever is cheaper where you are between OSRAM Night Breaker 200 and Philips RacingVision GT200. These are the best halogens on the market right not. My past favorite Philips WhiteVision 3700k isn't produced anymore and I don't think you'll find it where you are either.
@@m3rovingian thank you very much for your help and kindness, I will try them! Have a great day! 😊
@@patrikilea It's my pleasure, anytime! Hope you'll like them! I wish you all the best!
Hey Bro, thanks for this review, seems the best on YT so far. Look, I just ordered my Philips WV 3700K that comes with a free 2x W5W - pretty cool. Currently I am using H7 TUNGSRAM SPORTLIGHT EXTREME 5000K since few weeks, they were already x2 better than the ones that were installed from previous owned.
My question is how much better vision I will have at night with those new Philips WV compared to the Tungrsrams? Like x2 or x3 better?
And also what do you tink about car headlight reflector restoration? I already bought the equipment but I am a bit sceptic to do it not to damage something.
If you know what you are doing it's ok to DIY. otherwise don't cheap out and take it to the professionals.
Thank you so much for all your support! ;)
@@m3rovingian Hi there, just a quick update, my DIY did not go as expected so I decided to give them to a specialist to have it done properly. In my Country the Philips WV 3700K are no longer available :( the online shop gave me the choice between the WV Ultra, the Philips +130% and the Philips PRO +150% H7 so I opted for the last one. Did I made the right choice? Last question - what is your TOP 3 BEST alternatives H7 to the Philips WV 3700K? Thanks in advance you absolutely rock!
@@perfetto88 You did well.
Aside from WhiteVision I would use Philips RacingVision GT200 or Osram Night Breaker 200. Osram in last because they are very expensive and not worth buying at the current price.
Salut!
From my screen it's really hard to tell the difference. I personally went for White Vision, (literally put them on today) I'm not fond of changing them 2x year
I am glad for you. Don't worry they will be very good. I don't like that thing either. hat's why I want to see how much the Ultra will last.
what would you prefer if both these had the same expected lifetime?
Still Whitevision 3700k because they light up better!
@@m3rovingianok so they're lying because both bulbs say they have 60%+ more light
