I believe the word you were “searching” for is galvanized…I love all of your DIYs…I cannot pick just one…you are very creative, TFS your creativity with all of us…
I think the word for the metal thing is galvanized. Love your projects. I especially like that you let everyone see you make mistakes and get a little flustered. You have a happy face and I enjoy watching you. Thank you.
Honey, it is called galvanized metal. Your projects are awesome. I loved the plate even before you painted the back. It looked like stained glass. I can’t wait to try it. 🙏♥️
These were all great! I had not seen the alcohol paint and know nothing about it, but I surely do like that beautiful plate! The napkin rings were so cute. TFS!
Good morning Corie they are look so cute but my favorite is the farm fresh sign. I’ll have to do for Christmas I do have some of the calendar’s. Thank you for sharing have a wonderful day 🍁🎃
All your diys are so cute, I wish I could find the new calendars, I bet I have checked 10-15 dollar trees within 100 miles of my house and I can’t find them anywhere. I live in Oklahoma we don’t usually get the good stuff that the other states do.
Just found you...oh my goodness, you are so crafty. I love all 5 of these projects. I can't choose which is my favorite. Great idea with the alcohol inks. It looks like stained glass. Thanks for sharing. Had to subscribe. 🤗
I like the truck sign and that nylon cording looks great on it (I think it is nylon?). The glass plate turned out beautiful. The calendar page on the metal sign is adorable. Thanks for sharing!
Have you tried the cling wrap method. Or the dry modge podge method. You might have been able to use and iron and get wrinkles out. Love everything you did. Thanks for the inspiration. ♥️
Thank you so much, Becky! I just finally tried the dry mod podge method this week and it worked great! I've used the cling wrap method on curved surfaces, but it's been a while. 🥰
I love your projects!! Also some advice you can mod podge and after you do before putting your print you can dry it then put your print and iron it with parch paper then the heat activates the mod podge and it comes out gorgeous with no wrinkles nice and dry
The plate was absolutely beautiful. I think a plate just with the paint would be a beautiful gift. The ribbons from Cosco were amazing. I loved the one with the light background and red berries.
Hi Corien....wow all your projects are awesome but the last one I love the best!!! I love to create things but I live in a nursing home so have to look for things that will work!!!!! Also I am new to your channel.
Using a mini iron or regular iron(no steam) to reactivate either Mod Podge or glue works great . Tried myself several times. You are supposed to put either parchment paper or thin towel on top of the graphic , between it and the iron. It protects the iron from getting Mod Podge or glue on its bottom.
@@CraftedbyCorie I'm doing well, thank you for asking. Visiting and enjoying my family in USA. Need to catch up on your videos! Stay safe sweet friend. Hugs🥰
I loved all the projects today. The struggle with wrinkles is real but I really do like to use the iron-on method when I can. I loved the plate it was really pretty. Thanks for sharing!!!
I love the alcohol paint on the plate! I'm moving into a large house and have decided to use calendar pictures to decorate each room with different animals...I e. Hummingbird room, horse room, etc.
