They are all beautiful 😍 but since I'm a huge cow collector, I must say I love the cow the best.
Black and white cows like this sweet one in the calendar are a breed-“Holstein”. You are correct that they are a dairy breed,but like all animals- there have to be males(bulls) and females(cows) to make babies(calves). When the cow has her baby- she begins making milk ( much more than her own calf(baby) could ever consume. This is where our dairy products come from. I love all of the crafts you have created with these calendar prints!
Cow in plate and picture frame were my favorite DIY'S calendar's.
With your coffee sign:
I think you could have cut out the coffee cup and elevated it with foam tape as you wanted if you had painted the wood backing black. The cup shaped hold should not be obvious. Or cut out the cup shape in black cardstock before elevating the cover cup.
Some modern decor / crafts would be so refreshing ,new ,exciting for 2024

Great diys! I had to watch again, and I love everyone you made. My third son is new to California(his workplace put him there instead of N. Carolina)and he said its so different as far as weather goes, he loves living by a lake. Iowa to Arizona, to Oregon, to Arizona, to Iowa, to Arizona, to Colorado, to Arizona and now California. He is a compliance officer n anyway doesn't miss the snow or humidity but wants a couple pics of the fall scenery and I think he would love the two you showed us framed out! Sorry for so long but thanks again for sharing these diy projects. My real fav believe it or not is the "Floral Breeze" calendar, that being said its the "VW Bus" and the "camper". Will be using it to make the mini calendar "HOME" project!

If the canvas is not tight, you can spray the back with warm water and use a hairdryer to dry it. It will tighten up nicely.

You can tighten the canvas by lightly spraying the back of it with water. Especially around the wood frame in back as it dries it will shrink and tighten up you might have to do it twice letting it dry in between. Thank you for sharing this it is so cute

My favorite was that gorgeous cow on the Buffalo Check plate. I was really “amoosed”. 😂
On the Harvest Pumpkin, another way would be glue the Harvest sign to the front of the wooden sign. It would make it 3-D.
TIP: TO TIGHTEN THE CANVAS, SPRAY THE BACK WITH WATER. USE HAIR DRYER OR HEAT GUN. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING PROJECTS!!!

Also, don't rely on the color of a cow's skin to determine if it's a bull or a cow. A bovine's breed, not its gender, determines it's color. For instance, Angus cattle are typically black, Jersey cattle are brown and Holsteins are black and white.

I had to laugh too....but not all black and white cows are holsteins, they could be belted gallaways that are definitely not milk cows! The jerseys have the prettiest faces!

Lisa, you did such a great video with the new calendars!! Best I have seen!! All of these were fantastic!! I loved all that you did. I hope to recreate some of these with old calendars I have. I loved all you did, but the home block sign with tassels was my favorite. Using the smaller prints on the back for the O in home was genius!! Plus you did both sides with the black and white. It was awesome!! But, you made such different ones and used different blanks, as well. It was a joy to watch you create!! Tysmfs!!

And no the black and white cows are called holstein and bulls come in black and white also, our family raised them.They also come in brown and white and I used to tell my cousins they gave chocolate milk!😂 I sure wish I could get my hands on one of those calendars but someone bought every one of them!

I liked the circular signs, 2 for 1.
Great ideas. When I have a canvas that is not tight, i discovered a trick, spray it with some water on the back and use a hairdryer. It will shrink the fibres, it wont be super tight but enough to make it look better

Love, love these calendar hacks! I use the small pics to make magnets by gluing 3 tumbling blocks together and add magnets and the pic to the front.

I love how you made the 3D effect. We have a lady that rummages through every single DT in our area and takes all of the FarmHouse ones to resell on Etsy :/ Then she returns the ones she doesn't sell. It's always a huge bummer. I do have plenty of other ones and LOVE the ideas you shared ❤

For your canvases that are not tight gently mist with water and let them dry. They will dry tighter.
