Ronin For small dogs or dogs who pull a lot, a collar could really be dangerous. My mom is a vet and i’ve heard her talk about dogs almost dying because of collars. It depends from dog to dog, some do absolutely fine with a collar and others don’t
Ronin that’s your opinion but literally if the y-harness fits the dog and is comfortable then why shouldn’t people use them? i use either a wide collar or a padded harness depending on the situation but different things work for different dogs. i do get tho that sometimes people put dogs in harnesses that fit terribly
