I’ve watched your winter haven videos over the last several months and I loved it and did my research on the area as well. My wife and I just came back from there to check it out and see if we wanna move there next year and we were very much impressed and we think we wanna do it. Also, Met some of your friends at lake Florence and pinnacle point new builds. But thank you for all the great insight to this town. It really exceeded our expectations even my wife who was on the fence about moving there. Now she’s all in. But thanks for the videos 😎
Nice! Both neighborhoods have some good features. I like the 70ft lots in Florence and Pinnacle point is pretty affordable. I’m glad you got the opportunity to visit. Did you check out any Ofer communities while down?
@@Christianclay yes. We looked at a ton. We were looking for more of a starter home and really love the highland homes Villamar. We also the liked meritage model as well.
@@josephmendivel9869 Villimar is a great community. I’m not sure if you have kids but it’s right next to a highly rated elementary school. I have great relationships with all of the builders here. Frostproof is cool and all and the land prices are definitely 🤑 but my gosh it took Winter Haven 20 years to finally start popping. That's how long we've been living here via NYC. I see Frostproof taking the same amount of time to even start developing. +It's further away from i4, that's 40 minutes plus to even get to i4. Not counting the ever mounting annoying traffic on Hwy 27(main route to i4). Won't lie though, those land prices are very tempting🔥

My favorite thing about winter haven is all the lakes & the delicious restaurants you can access from the lakes.

There is. There is one that will store your boat for you. As far as a basic place to just dock your boat not that I know of.
