This video was very informative. Allowed me to mold concretes with magnets and make standing and levitating impossible-looking objects. Makes people wonder how it's made all the time and its just basic math, weight positioning and repelling magnets hidden in the concrete.

One more technology of light weight concrete is based on using EPS ( Expanded Polystyrene) beads coated with additive. These are mixed with cement and water to get desired density which can be as low as 250kg/m3.
