My apartment here is quite specious:- Living room is 14' x 22' , Dining Room is 13'6" x 19' , 2 bed rooms are 13' x 13' each, Guest Bed is of same size also, Master bed is 13' x 18' , Family room is 12' x 12' , Kitchen is 16' x 18' with builtin cabinets, all bed rooms are on suite and fitted with built in wardrobes + Guest bath room + 3 spacious balconies facing sea lake and garden If you can find a villa with similar sizes then it would be on interest to me

In other videos this lady does an outstanding job, a very professional presentation. I am a serious buyer because of her. In this video, the camera man should do his own video, he tarnishes this lady's reputation and professionalism. I am sure others have a different opinion, may even like this better. I actually mean no offense to this gentleman -- I just do not care for his interjections. He, in my opinion, diminishes the quality of the presentation. My wife & I did not view the entire video. to me, the house is nice in general, view is nice, location is nice; on the other hand, the room spaces didn't design very useful. very little living room and terrace for this big house...also dining table are on the very middle. and why that kitchen countertop is so tiny...i guess people who will live in this house will order their meals from outside everyday:D in brief, loved this channel and you are very good Ioana!
