सर,2-3 सालों तक लगाकर 15-16 घंटे(daily) रेगुलर ज्यादा पढ़ने की वजह से मुझे भी palpitation की प्रॉब्लम हो गई थी,हलाकि ECG और ECO दोनों नोर्मल थी, DYSTOLIC dysfunction ग्रेड first की थोड़ा abnormality थी,5-6 सालों से भी ज्यादा से आज बीत गए हैं,उस समय सोते समय यह feel होती थी,यह 3-सरी रात को सोते समय फील होती थी(ऐसा लगता था जैसे cycle आर्डर से यह हो रही हो )।अब यह कभी कभी यह फील होती है।मैडिटेशन और calmness,दिमाग को कण्ट्रोल करते हुए,आहार को manage करते हुए मैंने इसको कण्ट्रोल किया हुआ है।अब काफी हद तक यह नोर्मल हो गयी है।शुरूआती दिनों में सच मे यह इंसान की जान ले सकती है।सर भविष्य मे कोई major प्रॉब्लम न हो और यह नोर्मल बनी रहे इसे लेकर आप कोई सुझाव-treatment हो तो आप बतलाए।

Sir, आपने बहुत अच्छे तरीके से बताया । मुझे लॉन्ग COVID हुआ था उसके बाद से आराम के समय भी मुझे धड़कन बहुत जोर से महसूस होती रहती है और कभी कभी सांस भी फूलने लगती है । Mostly sir resting time में होता है ऐसा। Last year angiography भी कराई but वो normal थी पता नी sir ऐसा किस कारण से हो रहा है
Its bcoz covid leaves scars in lungs tissue due to which ur lungs are not giving enough oxygen to ur body nd ultimately ur heart works more harder So u need to alot of yoga and excercise deep breathing exercises etc
Same tachycardia ata ha ECG m har bar Resting heart rate 90b/m Covaxin 3 bar liya tha 2 bar covid v ho chuka ha May be either cons of vaccine or covid Before covid was an athlete Used to walk 10 km everyday Used to participate in 100m /200 m events in college But stamina has been lost post covid
