Love the incorporation of wood in these newer properties, it must be making a comeback, unless I am behind. So warm and inviting in a contemporary space. I said in another video that 20 years ago I was saying “ wow, get rid of all that wood, so dark and old”, but when I see homes like this I’m saying “ wow!”

The amount of ficus trees is hideous, but the over sheared purned style of all the ficus with the exposed white trunks is very 1980s Beverly Hills. It's a hideous amount of maintenance and noise to live with and extremely expensive with a ton of people on your property all the time to do this. It's a beautiful video and very well done, you should lose the first three seconds of you video with the count down and the flash, very cheap intro just do video
