When he plays the
1-1-1-1 thingy, how does he strum it? With his index and thumb? And how does he play it with his fingers so close together? Lol i learned the riff but i cant get as fast as him.
I was soo excited then he Hawaiian pronunciation... Lilo= LEE-LOW
Hardest part for me was the consecutive 1-1-1-1 on the second string. Great tutorial!

bar strings E and A with ur index/pointer finger
middle finger C string 2nd fret
ring finger G string 3rd fret (if u use all four fingers then there will be no space to switch chords)
You know the secret? Just bar all the first fret. Doing a semi-barre, in this case, it's totally pointless and uselessly hard. Just bar all four chords and it gets much easier.
RianaNicole314 use a c major and it sounds nicer in my opinion
Thats what I thought at first but If you keep practicing it gets easier
You can learn it by searching up "26 basic ukulele lessons" and clicking on one that says "lesson 20: the Bb major chord"

Hello! I think you are a great teacher and your videos have taught me a lot. For the hawaiian part, it is actualy pronounced as “ah VEE-key VEE-key my LOW-he LOW-he, LAW-vay my ee ko PA-pa HEHʻa NAW-loo” For the heʻe, the “apostraphy” in the midle is called and ʻokina, and it causes a vocal stop. Hope this helps!
