How to make an Aussie summer classic - a BOOZY SPIDER (or ice cream float to the rest of the world!)

  • Let's make this childhood classic a but more adult!
    30ml (1oz) whisky - I used Archie Rose Double Malt but any nice light whisk(e)y will work
    20ml (⅔ oz) Amaro Nonino
    10ml (½ oz) lemon juice
    Top ginger beer
    1 scoop vanilla ice cream
    Glass: sundae glass or large highball
    Garnish: grated nutmeg and a cherry
    Method: add all of your ingredients to your glass, add ice and top with ice cream. Garnish and enjoy!

      No we don't add ice... This looks very odd!!.... I'm sure it would taste good regardless but get that ice out of there

      In a glass that big the ice is pretty necessary for the proportions haha but can definitely leave it out! Would just want to make sure everything is chilled obviously 😊
