      @@TheJemstar28 No answers to the questions because she prolly didnt really do it. It takes experience to do it good like in the video. Its a very tedious and difficult thing to get right. You are better off going to a professional prices aren't bad 80-150 USD for every windshield besides front.

      Where I live in central PA most places charge around $225-250 for a 4 door sedan or suv to do all the windows front and back. I normally do my own tint but I've had a few cars that had some pretty nasty rear windows and just paid to have it done instead of dealing with the headache. 😂

      Yes, but every car I've owned that had front doors without a frame around the window the tint has ALWAYS peeled around the edges within a 1-2yr period. Doesn't matter if it's done diy or professionally. Anytime I do a car without a frame around the window I now run a bead of clear nail polish around the edges to keep it sealed longer.

    Hello Caden, is it absolutely necessary to heat shrink tintt every time? I've noticed that many window tinters do NOT heat shrink tint. And what will happen if you don't eat shrink it? I'm considering doing this as a mobile window tinter. Great content. Thank you

    • @devonbrown1583
      @devonbrown1583 3 місяці тому

      It all depends on the curves of the windows. The more curvy it is the more likely you’ll get fingers. Some big ass fingers that won’t go down.So yea most windows definitely need shrinking. As far as the mobile part it’s better to try to get a garage g mobile tinting can be tricky because you need a closed space to tint otherwise crap will get on the film. That means you’ll have to use other peoples garages which can be very dirty, windy, etc.. All that can lead to specs, bs getting the film and stuff like that. Not to mention lighting issues for specific cuts. Just thought I’d throw that out there.
